Reed/Hooks

Reed Quinlan came from Georgia and is somewhat closemouthed about his time there, though he has become known as a minor Mage in the Prospect area. An Orphan, he has directly rejected offers of Traditional recruitment, and shows no interest in joining any official Paradigm style. His magic revolves around a force called 'The Metal' and his similarities to the Cult of Extasy has apparently caused problems in the past.

Reed has, since coming to Prospect, made several aquantiences, but recently has settled in with Rose, a street artist with her own past they seem to be working through together. Reed carries uneven scars along his shoulderblades. On the left side, undifferentiated burn looking scars, and on his right shoulder area, crisscrossing scars as if from some sort of whip or lash.
