Rando has been on the road for the past few decades - occasionally stopping and putting down roots occasionally in a few cities before deciding that it's best if he moves on.

NOLA

Rando spent some time in New Orleans back in the 90's and for whatever reason the accent stuck. After his embrace, he returned and hung out for a while to see the city with new eyes.
