As these weapons are self-guided, Void Engineers may launch as many as they like as a reflexive action. Standard explosive warheads inflict 9 points of lethal damage, plus dice from excess successes on the hit. Missiles are self-guided, with a dice pool of 10 for attack purposes. They attempt to strike once per turn until they hit something, the target gets destroyed, or the scene ends.

Additional Features
- A combination of aerodynamics, thrust, and subtly applied antigravity allow the vessel to fly at Mach 2. If the vessel is capable of escape velocity, it can also fly along preplanned trajectories at high hypersonic speeds, but cannot maneuver without slowing down.

- Hull modifications, ballast tanks and magnetohydrodynamic thrusters give the vessel the ability to act as a submarine capable of travelling at 30 knots (about 34.5 miles per hour) on or below the surface of the water. Aquatic vessels are capable of withstanding Earth’s deepest ocean pressures.

- A research vessel (RV or R/V) is a voidship designed, modified, or equipped to carry out research at sea or in space. Research vessels carry out a number of roles. Some of these roles can be combined into a single vessel but others require a dedicated vessel. Due to the demanding nature of the work, research vessels are often constructed around an aquatic hull, allowing them to operate in deep waters besides the depths of space.

Eden is a enigma. Never one to give the full story. She's older than she looks and smarter than she lets on. She's claimed to have died a few times in space and makes it a priority that others learn from her mistakes. While originally a pilot, she has countless combat engagements under her belt and is a recognized safety officer. Her first priority is care and protection for her crew. Overall she's a 'by the books' captain at first glance, yet she is known to bend or break rules when necessary to get the job done.

Isaac is a man from the past, out of time by just shy over 20 years. In those 20 years, he lost not just his old life but his entire Convention too. The Void Engineers of today are not the Void Engineers of the past. To escape the future, or recapture the past, he took a page from the old VE hand-book and allied himself with like-minded individuals outside of the Union. Anything to get him back into Space.

Doctor Midge Halima, Doctor of Biology graduating from the University of Japan and Egypt in Alexandria. A mystery even among her peers, Dr. Halima joined the organization after her home and her husband were burnt to ashes, allegedly by some Middle Eastern terror group. Agent Eden probably knows more. Midge can be found in the lab where she spends more time with her experiments than with other employees of Protocol 7.
