Information
♥ A blue and white Victorian house, overgrown with ivy and a multitude of flowers sits in the center of a large walled off yard. The eight foot high stone wall is likewise overgrown, making the whole area seem like it's bound together by flowers and vines. Twenty foot tall Thuja trees are planted in a row next to the wall on the inside, creating even more privacy and blocking out the sound of the outside world. The solid wooden and iron reinforced gate creaks loudly as you enter and walk up the cobblestone path to the porch. As you head to the door you pass a large old fountain filled with water lilies and small colorful fish, the central jet of the fountain still spraying into the air, but the others likely clogged from overgrowth.

♥ Stained glass windows with floral motifs decorate the front of the house and the light green door opens up into a welcoming hallway of warm wooden floors, cream colored walls, and the scent of baked goods wafting through the air. The ground floor contains the kitchen, dining room, powder room, music room complete with ancient piano, and a sitting room for talking. A wooden staircase leads from the hallway to the upstairs, which holds a master bedroom, a bathroom, and two guest bedrooms. Everywhere you look you notice faded paint, worn down wooden flooring, and furniture that was popular in a different era. Everything is kept clean and a multitude of healthy vibrant plants sit in-front of almost every window.

♥ Behind the house the back half of the yard is taken up by an expansive, and meticulously taken care of herb garden; a small shed and greenhouse sits against the back wall. To one side of the house is an overgrown gazebo, with a hidden hot tub inside, and a cobblestone sitting area complete with comfy outdoor seating, a fire pit, and a small grill.

♥A multitude of small colorful birds flit around from birdbath to bird feeder, including hummingbirds sipping from hummingbird feeders. Butterflies abound, landing on the vast variety of flowering bushes that dot the yard; and several white bunnies can be seen hopping about the yard, nibbling on plants or lounging in the sun.
