xxxxxNefret is a fit, slender, and exceptionally alert, some might even say twitchy young blonde, by day she is almost always encountered wearing a fitted, professionally conservative yet stylish suit, her startlingly clear light blue eyes shielded by photo–greyed glasses. Her manner is somewhat distant, verging on cold at times, but beneath the polished presentation there's no mistaking that she has yet to grow into the hardened poise of a seasoned field agent.

xxxxxNefret is a member of the Technocracy, but neither she nor her player has the slightest interest in persecuting your supernatural PC so long as they are not being blatantly, persistently antagonistic to the union, or endangering the citizenry she is sworn to defend. It is, literally, not her department. There are many others who aren't trying their best, and apparently not having a lot of luck thus far, to with this very statement put any doubt as to this character's benign intentions, not to mention this player's generally strong aversion to PvP to rest. Without speaking for anyone else, there are Nefret's colleagues among the Conventions, members of other so–called Antagonist venues such as the Wyrm, Sabbat, Loyal Order of Water Buffalo and for all I know Mortals running with scissors out there who haven't made their allegiances or agendas, if any, similarly known in any way. They're all out to get you, Every one of them. Your own PC could well be a Manchurian Candidate programmed to self–destruct at any time. I'm not. I don't know how to make this any clearer. Please stop sniping me.

xxxxxSpecial Agent Nefret Rosenthal, Federal Bureau of Investigation. Recently assigned to the Prospect, California Field Office, on detached duty. Well, it certainly sounds official! Looks it too, on her credentials, with her very own badge in its leather case. Many young people devote years of study and training to achieve that rank and position.
xxxxxNefret, on the other hand, didn't have that kind of time. Having been incubated and brought to term at the Progenitors' Iowa crèche and delivered to senior members of the New World Order's experimental facility devoted to created and instilling complete sets of memories, personality traits and associated responses, a blank slate like Nefret was a prized opportunity, one not be be squandered. Not if they didn't want next quarter's budget slashed, at any rate.
xxxxxFortunately, Nefret proved admirably malleable, and the experiment declared a resounding success. Her creators having no further use for her, she was transferred to Operations, where such valuable attributes such as hers, properly trained, and coupled with an unshakable belief in the union's values and methods could be put to work. Nefret's file was simply slipped into the appropriate government databases and, with a final keystroke, she became a promising young field agent.

Conversation Starters

- Perfect Posture Actually, it's not just her posture, it's her manners, her complexion, everything about Nefret is flawless. Like a blank canvas upon which an old master's palette has brought her to life, she is engaging, but somehow too much so, lacking the little flaws that make one unique, like skinned knees or an unreasoning fear of wasps.
- Wide–Eyed What she does have in abundance, however, is the desire for such experiences. Whether subconsciously trying to fit in or merely intensely curious, Nefret has an unquenchable thirst for human experience.
- Hothouse Flower There is one way in which Nefret is far, far from perfect, and that would be her health. Nefret suffers from numerous, related neurological disorders that require her to take a variety of experimental medications daily in an effort to keep them sufficiently under control as to allow her to enjoy a reasonabe quality of life.

- While far from vain Nefret is undeniable beautiful. By design, in fact. If for no other reason than that she dresses up well for assignments requiring a bit of glamour or a distractingly pretty sidekick. Whatever her look however, it's subtly too composed, the final effect somehow not equal to the perfectly proportioned parts. Forgettably stunning, if that makes sense.

Home is Where...
|
- Coral Reef Apartments Within her budget and with a view of the ocean, Nefret has converted the second bedroom of her fifth-floor unit into a study/den. The decor throughout is simple, elegant, uncluttered, and could well have been lifted whole from an interior design catalogue.
- Audi RS–5 Nefret's Audi Coupé gets her around in comfort and style which, the television and internet tell her, is essential to her happiness and sense of self–worth. Shown at right, under the picture of her modelling her equally aspirational designer eyeglasses. They photo–grey as needed for an appropriately intimidating Woman–in-Black look.

| Nefret Rosenthal, alias FBI, is a Construct. As such she has no ethnic or cultural background to speak of, just carefully selected and spliced genetic code.
Need I even mention that her looks were very carefully considered, but never in question in spite of having absolutely no relevance to the role she was being designed and evaluated for possible series production, given the sort of people that come to mind when picturing who might try to design their ideal woman were given the ability to actually... Her social skills are almost remarkably polished, considering.
