Mr Grimm/Introduction

Nothing is really known about the enigmatic Mr Grimm. Garan has very rarely ever called upon him and the few times he has very few have ever lived to say much about it. There are a few rumors floating around of his existence but nothing concrete. There have been random sightings of him for well over 30 years and usually only in cities that Garan has lived in.
