- He was originally a Child of Gaia in the Stuttering Wind Caern in Minnesota. His life was hell, though, and he eventually got tired of even his fellow Children of Gaia patronizingly 'accepting him'. When the Wyrm came calling he didn't think twice.
- He is very in touch with the dark side of the spirit world, and he is somewhat obsessed.
- He sometimes works at various shelters and halfway houses.
- The blood of Banes runs through him, and it can be sensed by people attuned to it, and it is painfully obvious in the Umbra.
- He was barely tolerated garbage among the Gaians, but now he has a place and can feel proud.
