| Some charities get anonymous benefactors, this one has an anonymous founder. Melinda is the hidden hand behind "City First Group" a diverse charitable organization that has been serving the needs of marginalized people in Oregon and Washington State for over two decades. Prospect is the first city for the "City First Group" California expansion project, and Melinda has relocated herself ahead of time to manage the project. The organization has decided to start by bailing out and modernizing existing Prospect charitable organizations that are struggling financially. Melinda spends an extreme amount of time reading writing very boring documents taht will one day save countless lives.
