Louie grew up in the Bayou Teche on his father's marshland. He had a high school sweetheart too. Clara. At 17, his father was killed by Cuban Cartel who were trying to get his land for development. They succeeded. Louie was out sneaking a kiss with Clara when his mother was killed and the homestead razed. As a fisherman, Louie existed in a quite dirty manner in the swamps, hiding from the criminals who destroyed his life. Louie saught revenge, killing the man responsible but not killing all of the cartel in New Orleans. Soon they discovered his weak spot and captured his love. He of course went off to save her but she was already dead by the time he arrived, raped and murdered.

Many more died before Louie's thirst for vengeance was slaked. He fell in with the Hell's Angels Motorcycle Club for a time and ruthlessly murdered the cubans and their families wherever he found them. He became a hit man for the Hell's Angels and earned the nickname, "The Devil Teche," in New Orleans for the brutal manner in which he would lay waste to targets and their entire families without remorse. As his notoriety grew, he began to contract with the Italian Crime families as well.

On the run from the Cuban Drug Cartels and the law, Louie spent years living in the swamps without electricity or any modern nicety. He was bathing in the marsh one night when Annabelle Lee Thurgood came upon him. Entranced by his beauty, she foolishly embraced The Devil Teche and has regretted it ever since. He is coarse and unrefined, cold, murderous, insolent, arrogant, low class, and everything a Toreador shouldn't be except handsome. Annabelle convinced Louie to leave New Orleans since she couldnt just kill him. Congratulations Prospect.
