Leah's Powers

===Fascinate===

  • Tuning In ~ Roll Performance + Fascinate vs WP. Each success indicates an hour in which the PC can't concentrate and hears the tune.
  • Deja Vu ~ Roll Charisma + Fascinate vs WP. Each success brings about feelings of familiarity.
  • Distraction ~ Roll Manipulation + Fascinate vs WP. Each success brings about an urgent distraction. Per success - 1) Target is momentarily distracted. 2) Target turns away for a turn. 3) Target's thoughts are elsewhere for at least three turns. 4) The target 's attention is complete diverted. 5) The target suddenly remembers urgent business elsewhere.

===Inhabit===

  • Sense Gremlin ~ Roll Perception + Inhabit vs 6. One success allows the user to detect if a wraith is inhabiting a machine. Three success allows the user to detect if the machine has been inhabited in the near past.
  • Surge ~ Roll Wits + Inhabit vs shroud. The number of successes equals the amount of things that may be affected at once.
  • Ride The Electron Highway ~ Roll Intelligence + Inhabit vs shroud. Roll Intelligence + Computers to look around. Roll Manipulation + Computers vs 4) for local net. 6) if on a node across the country. 8) If they are across the ocean - to communicate with others. - Navigating through a telephone system Wits + Alertness vs 5.

===Lifeweb===

  • Locate Fetter ~ Roll Perception + Lifeweb vs 6. Number of successes equates the number of Perception + Alertness dice that may be used to scan the surrounding area. The player may roll Intelligence + Lifeweb to determine how far her fetter is and general direction.
  • Sense Strand ~ Perception + Lifeweb vs (8 for wraith. vs (6 to determine if an object is a fetter.

===Puppety===

  • Detect Possession ~ Dexterity + Puppetry vs (7. To detect if there is a current possession. vs (9 for past possessions. - Resist detection w/ Appearance + Subterfuge vs 7 or Appearance + Puppetry vs 6.
  • Skin Ride ~ Dexterity + Puppetry vs Willpower of target. Successes indicate the amount needed by another wraith to wrest her out of the host's body.

===Serendipity===

  • Right Time, Right Place ~ All Risen with Serendipity often find themselves in the right (or at least most interesting) place at the right time. While Right Place, Right Time does not replace research and legwork, it will generally place a Risen in the rough vicinity of where she needs to be in order to further her goals. System: There is no system per se for this Basic Ability.
  • Key Player ~ Like Right Place, Right Time, this ability is always on. A Risen with Key Player will instinctively know if she is in the presence who is important to her in some capacity. The Risen will have no idea what importance the individual who triggered the art has; in a crowded locale she may not even be able to determine who caused the response. System: All that needs to be done for Key Player to be activated is for someone important (or potentially important) to the character walk across their field of vision. No rolls are necessary.
  • Fortuitous Wandering ~ The Risen rolls Serendipity + Awareness (difficulty 6). The number of successes achieved determines how pertinent the Risen's new destination is to her current concerns/Passions.

===Usury===

  • Assessment ~ Perception + Usury vs 6. Amount of successes detail the targets Stamina, Health and Corpus.
  • Transfer ~ Manipulation + Usury vs pathos of wraith to give. To steal its difficulty of targets willpower. Each success grants 1 pathos.
  • Early Withdrawal ~ Manipulation + Usury vs WP. Number of successes equals the amount of Health/Levels Corpus stolen.

===Chains of Life + Fetters===~ A fetter may reduce the difficulty for an Arcanos. Roll Rating of Fetter vs 6. Each success lowers the difficulty of an Arcanos. Arcanos can never be lower than 4.

  • Vlad ~ 4 ~ A very evil ferret and Leah's conduit.
  • The Hive ~ 2 ~ Where we all fall down.
  • Motorcycle ~ 1 ~ It purrs between my thighs.
  • Lock Picking Set ~ 1 ~ It was unlocked officer, I swear!
  • Snuff Film ~ 2 ~ That's totally a fake. Right?

===Shroud=== ~ is usually 9. At night or in certain cities it can drop to 8-7. Haunts reduce shroud ratings. Shroud can never go below 4.
