* Backstory: Ekhidna does not remember her mortal life; and her Sire only in her dreams. She was created in a time when 8th generation vampires were /extremely/ rare and she was believed to be the very coming of the Apocalypse. Branded Ekhidna the Mother of Monsters; she was one of the very first 'thin-blooded' at the time.
* As a former object of beauty; and much desired by her Sire... Ekhidna's embrace twisted her lovely form into something dark and unwanted. She was viewed as most alien and foreign at the time. Ekhidna's Sire; was then tasked with the destruction of his beloved fledgling. A vow he could not uphold; briefly teaching her the commandments of Caine before staking her through the heart.
* Ekhidna was then taken away and hidden by her Sire's ghoul, to be recovered at one point later if a cure for her odd conditions and vampiric deformities existed...
* Ekhidna was hidden in the New World of America; dumped in the now known La Brea tar pits. Her Sire had never came for her... no one did. Her discovery was purely accidental and made front page news, before the Camarilla found her and recovered the timeless and ancient being.
