She's rigged a bit of a shelter inside, and she scavenges for recyclables and whatever else she can do to get along. Handy : The girls father was a handyman, and she learned quite a bit from him. While she isn't capable of building an engine from scratch, she's capable of getting it going again. The same goes for plumbing, carpentry, electrical stuff, etcetera. She's really good, too, and often things end up working better then before. Voices : This girl is not okay. She talks to herself sometimes, and she seems to see things that aren't there. She seems like one of those poor folk who were institutionalized, and then put on the street due to budget cuts. She hasn't proven to be dangerous or anything, but she certainly is not mentally healthy. It's more pitiful then scary. Vampire : She is a baby Vampire. She doesn't really like talking about her 'condition'. Her Humanity, at least, is so high that she appears completely human. Knowledge : Kaye knows things. Kaye knows a lot of things.
