• Treasure

One of the four Elemental Swords of Power, Clarent has great abilities. Made from the same stone that forms Stonehenge, it can cut through anything. The sword is approximately 20" in length and appears very dull and dirty when placed beside the other elemental swords. It is also known as The Coward's Blade because legend tells that Mordred used the sword to kill King Arthur. Its siblings are Excalibur, Durendal, and Joyeuse.

• Armor/Mystick Shield

Chainmail formed of Shadowstuff protects him from all manner of attacks, both mundane and mystick.

• Extra Speed

Caught in the moment between life and death, he moves with unnatural speed.

• Intangibility

Existing in the space between life and death, he can become an incorporeal invisible ghost who walks the mortal plane.

• Spirit Vision/Travel

Claimed into service by the realm of Shadow, he can both see into the Shadowlands as well as journey to and from. He can also see into the Umbra, but generally doesn't pay much attention to it, as he considers it to be in someone else's wheelhouse.

• Cast No Reflection

He casts no reflection at all, and is sometimes mistaken for a Lasombra vampire as a result.

• Offensive to Animals

Animals fear and distrust him, as he carries the "scent" of Death with him.

• Touch of Frost

Plants wither at his approach and die at his touch. His touch leeches heat from living beings, as though he were made of ice.
