Isabella White/Introduction

A street thief and trickster, Isabella is liked by the poor and annoying to the law. She's hardly a mistress of larceny, but is none the less apt enough at thievery to sustain herself, and pick up the occasional bonus. She enjoys her status as a changeling, and views the banality of older street figures with disgust but the cheer and wild freedom of children and their dreams with fondness.
