With the rooftop Hanging Gardens restaurant and unique, flora-based Sunken Gardens club, this establishment is a unique, ne refreshing change from the run of the mill clubs and eateries. Bought recently by one Anya Ryan, a fairly recent addition to the fair city of Prospect, this reporter hopes to see new, vibrant life breathed into this downtown establishment. ============================================================================== =================================== IC News ================================== Message: 12/116 Author: KPTV News Mon Sep 12 2022 United Salvage 14:24:16 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ And in other news, a local business of South Prospect was condemned as unsafe earlier this week due to a major sinkhole forming under the land. The business in question was the United Salvage Scrapyard. City Engineers can not yet explain the reason behing the sinkhole, which saw the majority of the scrapyards area buckle into the ground several feet making it highly dangerous to visit. The City has deemed the area unsalvagable due to the high cost in restoring the land and has ruled it hazardous for the forseeable future. And now, Sports. Over to you, Bob.. ============================================================================== =================================== IC News ================================== Message: 12/117 Author: Madeline Thu Nov 10 2022 Press Release - Call for Local Artists 17:46:43 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ In Preparation for the Grand Reopening of the Atlantis Events Center in Carlsbad, CA – the managing organization has called for submissions from local artists to be displayed throughout the venue. The venue is seeking sculptures, paintings, be creative! All submissions should be received no later than December 10th and will be presented to the public at an open house event. A People’s Choice vote will be offered where guests at the event can cast a ballot for their favorite pieces of art. Recognition will be given to the artists whose submissions are chosen to be displayed and a cash prize of ten thousand dollars will be awarded to the creator whose work receives the greatest number of votes.
