Yes, Forster is a very unpleasant person. He's also good at pretending otherwise. Conflict RP is welcomed and if you're looking to be antagonized, then please let me know. There's plenty that can be done without resorting to PK after all. Long term nemesis situations and rivalries are something I'll happily accommodate.
