Childhood
Dai was born a fox. He was born and raised on the lower rises of Mt. Fuji, in Japan. He was always a curious, dark little fox, who looked where he should not look, and pondered things he should not have pondered. This dark curiosity eventually led him down the slops of the mountain to Aokigahara, the forest at the base. Aokigaraha is more famously known as the 'Suicide Forest', where people travel from all over Japan to commit suicide. He could feel the dark, negative energies of the forest even as a fox.
While exploring one night he was attacked by a Bakemono, who had taken up residence in the forest and fed on the despair. The attack caused the fox to go through his First Change, becoming fully Kitsune.

Blessed Born
He tricked the Bakemono with guile and took up residence in the Bakemono's old cottage. He explored his new abilities for some time before leaving and traveling to Tokyo. It was in Tokyo that he met other Hengeyokai, and he took -very- quickly to acting like a human. He quite enjoyed it, in fact, and spent most of his time in his human form. The Hengeyokai built a whole identity for him, and he learned quite a bit from private tutors. Now he has come to America as a student, to attend UC Prospect.
