- Alyce was born in 1999 in a small town in North Carolina, near the South Carolina border.
- Her mortal family is a prominent Irish-American family that settled there back before the American Revolution.
- Her mortal father is a local politician and her mortal mother is a socialite.
- They did not give her much attention as a child, so she learned to act out or play pranks for attention.
- As she got older, they started to think something was wrong with her and almost sent her away to a psychiatric hospital. They didn't, because of the rumors it might cause.
- Alyce experienced the Chrysalis at age 14.
- She made the mistake of telling her parents what she 'saw', which led to them seriously contemplating sending her away, as they thought she was possessed by the Devil.
- Lucky for her, there were people in The Dreaming that stepped up to protect her in their mortal forms.
- She was going to be sent to a Pooka family in upstate South Carolina, but she had met a very wealthy Grump Sidhe couple from Charleston, SC that she felt close to. She was able to persuade them to let her foster with them instead, despite her being a commoner Pooka.
- Her Changeling family were members of House Fiona, so she was exposed to other Sidhe from that House early on.
- At age 16, she was formally adopted in the mortal world by her new family, and her mortal family willingly gave up all parental rights to her.
- At that point, she also became an official 'Lady' of House Fiona, despite being a rabbit pooka and not Sidhe.
- She received training and education befitting a young Sidhe at first, so her natural pooka temper was able to be tamed. Somewhat. A little. Kind of.
- She did receive some exposure and lessons from other pooka, but they often played pranks on her or bullied her because of her being in a Sidhe family.
- She found a lot of learning and studying boring, so only knows some basic stuff. If it gets boring or repetitive, she gets bored and drops it.
- She was very spoiled by her wealthy Sidhe family. They think her extremely cute and she knows how to wrap them around her little finger to get what she wants.
- She has what some would call a more refined taste in the material things in life, compared to other pooka, given her exposure to the Sidhe Court.
- She has no interest in Court politics, however. She just likes expensive stuff. The shinier, the pinker, the better.
- She is extremely playful and whimsical, given to hopping up and down when she is very happy or excited.
- Her animal form is an adorable deep orange, fluffy Angora rabbit.
- She originally decided not to go to college, and just wanted to live for a while carefree. That changed because her Sidhe parents wanted her to have a bit more culture and refinement.
- She agreed, finally, at age 21, but at least wanted to go to CA, because, in the mortal world, all the young people talk about how wonderful it is.
- She was thinking LA, but they were thinking Prospect, due to the connections they had with other Sidhe in the area there. So, she came here.
- She is supposed to enroll in Prospect University, but hasn't yet. Her Sidhe family is hoping she will receive an invitation from Covey-Fychell College to attend there.
- Is a prankster at heart, being a playful pooka, but only good natured pranks and to people she considers friends, or those that she feels need to lighten up.
- Puts her all heart into everything and expresses her emotions very much. If she is excited, she will verbalize it and her body will reflect it. If she is sad, she will cry a river and wail. If she is happy, she is all smiles and giggles and skips and little hops.
- Believes whole heartedly she has a True Love. She swears she has seen him. A glimpse, but it is enough to convince her of fate and destiny. She knows they will encounter each other and the connection is there.
- Being a rabbit pooka, she is blessed with Acute Senses, especially Scent and Sound. She can hear the softest noises from far away, especially when in rabbit form. Her sense of smell is very great and she loves sniffing good smelling things. Some smells make her gag, though, such as lavender and boiled vegetables.
- Is rather naive. Somewhat trusting, too, if the person or thing they are telling her is pretty compelling. Then again, she can be rather suspicious of things if there is the slightest hint something is sketchy.
- Was cursed with Changeling Eyes. In mortal form, they can totally give her away to other non-mortals. They are a vivid, otherwordly shade of blue-gray.
- Can speak English, Irish and can communicate with other rodents.
- Doesn't exactly lie...she just 'embellishes' or 'exaggerates' the truth a little. Really. Sometimes, the truth needs some spicing up, is all!
- Is bad about keeping secrets. She just can't help herself. If something is exciting, she will share it and probably exaggerate it, too.
- Can have a bad temper when angry. Can throw temper tantrums when very angry, but that is rare.
