2014.07.19: PWN - LEGACY - Laid to WASTE
(Standing backstage at the Carson Community Center, Aiden Marx can be seen in the corner of a corridor; proudly sporting a WASTE t-shirt and holding the WASTE World Heavyweight Championship title belt over his shoulder a she stares intently toward the lens of the camera.)
“...Didn't I do this already?”
(Aiden cock up an eyebrow, tilting his head to the side.)
“Didn't I already defeat Kevin 'Not As Good As' Moss-Man from Masters of the Universe, at Independence Day?”
(Aiden cops a cocky smirk and sheds a slight chuckle, find his own sense of humor way more funny than more than likely anybody else ever would.)
“Sure... The record books may say that the match ended in a draw or a no contest, or whatever the hell it was. But everybody who's anybody knows that I came out as the winner, because I always do. That's why I'm your now and forever, undisputed WASTE World Heavyweight Champion.”
(Aiden lifts his shoulder up, and glances down at the title belt upon for a short second or so.)
“To be honest, I don't really have much else to say about Captain Receding Hairline that I already said for our match back at Independence Day. I still don't know who he is. I still don't care who he is. I still don't want to know who he is, and I still don't want to care about who he is... Know why? Because he's not worth knowing. What was it that the Tiny Tim of LEGACY Wrestling - Prince Treborn called people like him, 'ghosts on the roster?' That sounds about right as far as Kevin Moss and Joe Cooper are concerned.”
(Aiden rolls his eyes around within their respective sockets in an extremely sarcastic manner.)
“You know, speaking of Prince, I wish I could stand here right now and spit the verbal venom like him. And I know this is going to sound like some sort of cheap cop out on my part, but I genuinely have no clue who Joe Cooper or Kevin Moss are. I don't WASTE my time – see what I did there? - spending my weeks watching old videos of my opponents bore-fest matches. I might do a quick Google search on the day of the event, but other than that, I usually just wait and see what they do in the actual company we're already in. Because, you know, outside of LEGACY Wrestling and maybe Missouri State, nothing else is really relevant. Unfortunately for Joe and Kevin, they've done absolutely nothing worth mentioning in either promotion, except for rightfully lose to yours truly.”
(Aiden shook his head, a grin dancing across his lips.)
“Will Matt and I win at Break On Through? Well, yeah... That's a given. The real question is, how badly are we going to punish our opponents? I can neither confirm nor deny this, but rumor has it, Cooper and Moss have ticked off Bauer for whatever reason. And since everybody already believes WASTE are working with Bauer, then I think Matt and I will take it upon ourselves to claim another bounty in the name of WASTE.”
(Aiden nodded, deadly serious about what he was saying regarding his stable and it's cruel intentions.)
“Lately, LEGACY Wrestling has been everybody bitch. And that's fine by us, but what each and every single solitary one of you on this roster needs to remember is what it doesn't matter to us if you're from Samoa or Japan – both countries I've wrestled and win in, by the way – LEGACY Wrestling is WASTE country. We are not only superior to everyone, as our name states, but we're also the world power here in LEGACY Wrestling.”
(Aiden's passionate eyes intensified, and his voice became that much more authoritative.)
“Cam was right when he tweeted about how he and I have been forming WASTE long before LEGACY Wrestling ever existed, and how WASTE would live on long after LEGACY Wrestling is gone. We're not about to let a batch of second string stables waltz in and ride on the coattails of the anarchy that WASTE has already created here. We are the premier group, we run the show, Moss and Cooper are about to find that out for themselves first hand at Break On Through courtesy of The Monster and The Kingpin.”
(A smile forming over his lips, Aiden first tilted his head to the side, then gave the camera a quick little wink of his eye.)
“I meant every single word I said in Rebecca Bradley's interview... Especially the fact that WASTE has the power to either make or break your career here in LEGACY Wrestling. Unfortunately for Joe and Kevin, we already tok a vote and decided that at Break On Through, we're going to have to break them and make an example out of them. I wish it could have turned out differently, because perhaps deep down they're actually half decent wrestlers and could have had a pretty decent career for themselves. But when you swing the wrecking ball that is WASTE, you have to expect your walls to get torn down. And that's exactly what Ward and I are going to do at Break On Through.”
(Removing the title belt from one shoulder and propping it over the opposite shoulder blade, Aiden confidently swaggered a touch closer to where the camera was currently located.)
“We. Are. Superior. To. Everyone.”
(With that being said, Aiden suddenly steps off screen and out of the scene, as the cameras fades to black.)
