The
Goodbye.

"The strong, the mighty!
The forces of evil can never destroy,
The powers of the Wonderman,
And though the most formidable journey lies ahead,
Only one will prevail.
Wonder,
WONDER!
WONDERMAN!"

+ Wonderman by Tinie Tempah began to play through the PA system, sending the audience in attendance into a frenzy as they knew who was going to emerge from the curtains. The cameras panned around the arena, displaying numerous of the Totally Extreme Wrestling - audiences up on their feet, waving their banners from left to right as they have their eyes glued to the entrance ramp. +

"Uh, yeh, these haters couldn't get to where I am with a full tank of petrol,
Uh, my uncle used to drink a can of Kestrel when life got stressful,
Uh, what kinda person should you be when you wanna make people accept you?
Uh, what does it really mean when you dream of being famous and successful?
When you were born to be special?
"

+ As the first verse came to an end, finally emerging from the curtains was "The Wonderman", Wayne Williams, who stood tall on the top of the entrance ramp. With a massive fur coat over him, and shades covering his eyes, Williams plastered a smirk across his face as he nodded approvingly at the audiences reaction of his arrival - his final address to the TEW audience. It was announced earlier that night that Williams would be departing from TEW as a new company, Legacy Wrestling, proposed a contract to the superstars, a proposal he says he couldn't reject. +

I see the bright lights shine in your face,
And we're counting on you to take it all away,
I saw the chosen one,
They're calling your name,
Are you, you?
Are you, you?
The Wonderman?

+ He walked down the entrance ramp with swagger, high-fiving some of the audience members on his way before stopping at the edge of the ring. He smiled, taking off his sunglasses and throwing them towards the audience - who scrambled for the shades whilst he slid into the ring. Immediately, the Wonderman hoisted himself up onto the turnbuckle and received a standing ovation with roars coming from the audience as Williams spread his arms out wide like a bird, and tilted his head upwards.

The former and youngest ever TEW World Heavyweight Champion jumped down from the turnbuckle and swaggered over to the center of the ring, where he was passed a microphone by the ring announcer. Williams stood in the center of the ring, the stage was his, his lips were moist and his hair was perfectly slicked back to perfection. He brought the microphone closer to his lips and began his speech. +

[[ Wayne Williams ]] ; Three years ago when I was twenty years old, I stepped into this very ring in this very city in my first ever professional wrestling match. Here in Milwaukee Wisconsin, my hometown and city.

+ As expected, cheers from the audience causing Williams to take a pause, allowing the audience to cheer and applaud. +

[[ Wayne Williams ]] ; I wasn't victorious in my first match - heck, I got beaten the shit out of. But that match made me realize that I really do hate losing - and ever since that day, I've come here week in and week out, and fight my ass off to make sure that I'm not on the losing end. Ever since that match I had against Robbie Black, I've won more than I've lost here in Totally Extreme Wrestling. Ever since that match I've blossomed from a small caterpillar to a butterfly. I've managed to beat some fucking tough competitors during my time here - I've beaten some hall of famers, and I've even ended a few careers. You've hated me, vilified me, and doubted me. But that didn't matter - It doesn't matter. What matters is that I've managed to show you guys that I'm more than just a pretty face. I'm a wrestler. A darn' good one too! People can continue hating me all you like - but the fact of the matter is, I'm fucking good at what I do!

+ An eruption of cheers echo through the arena as Williams finished his sentence, chuckling to himself as he looked around the packed arena, watching the audience chant his name. He paused for a few seconds, allowing time for the chanting to die down a little. +

[[ Wayne Williams ]] ; This place is my home. This is where I grew and developed. There's more developing to be done - but this is the place where it all started. I've managed to make a lot of friends and a lot of enemies down the line. I've competed in some of the best matches - you motherfuckas' will ever see. I'm the youngest ever world heavyweight champion - and managed to hold the title for eight months. Eight freaking' months. In my books, that's pretty good, in fact I'm the third longest reigning world heavyweight champion and it's the only title I've ever held in my career.

Totally Extreme Wrestling has been good to me these last three years and I have enjoyed every moment I've been in this company. Every single moment. Every chair shot, every broken bone, every loss, every victory. This place is my home. But everyone knows that once you grow up - you need to venture down different avenues. You need to leave your parents home. And as you may know, that's what I'm doing. I'm splitting. And sadly, there's nothing anyone can do to change my mind. I'm splitting because I know that if I want to eventually become the best - I've got to get my name out there. I've got to become what I hate most - mainstream.

+ Boo's echoed through the arena as Williams said "mainstream". +

[[ Wayne Williams ]] ; The mainstream independent wrestling scene. But it's not any of your usual crap like Pro Wrestling FRONTIER or Exodus Pro. No. Ladies and Gentlemen you may already know but the place I'm going to compete in is located in California and is called Legacy Wrestling. A new federation full with talents from all over the US. Name you may already know such as Joey Edwards and Richard Steen who are both hall of famers here in Totally Extreme Wrestling. Legacy Wrestling offers something different to your usual mainstream independent brands. With a diverse roster and management not focusing too much on the look - and instead on the talent. Legacy Wrestling is a company for the future and I hope that perhaps one day - I maybe the future face of the company.

But until that day I will start like I did here in TEW - not with a loss, but building a reputation and making my name known around the locker room. I don't want to be feared. I don't care if I'm hated or loved. I just want to be acknowledged and have an acceptance that I am a star in the making.

+ Cheers began to echo through the arena as Williams approached one of the cameras that was closest to the ring ropes, fixated on him as he smiled, raising his eyebrow's as he continued to approach the camera. +

[[ Wayne Williams ]] ; TEW it's been a pleasure wrestling here. It's been a pleasure representing this company and holding that prestigious world heavyweight title. And I cannot say how much I am grateful for all the opportunities that have come my way. A new road is building and the Wonderman is preparing to cross the bridge to this new road, Legacy Wrestling. It all starts July 5th at Independence Day when I make my debut against Miles Lozio.

July 5th in the Carson Community Center I will emerge to a new audience and I intend on making my intentions clear - don't mess with the Wonderman! You can be the strongest man in the world. You can be the mightiest man on the planet. The forces of evil can never destroy - the powers of the WONDERMAN! And through the most formidable journey lies ahead, only one will prevail.

+ The audience finish of Williams sentence "wonder - wonder- wonderman!" A round of applause followed the chanting of wonderman, his signature saying reverberating through the arena.+

[[ Wayne Williams ]] ; Miles Lozio. I don't know much about you - but I do know you didn't manage to pick up a victory alongside your brother on the opening show. Now I won't take that as an advantage for me but I will say that this match has significance for both you and I. You on one hand want to rectify the perceptions of people and get a victory under your belt. Whereas me on the other-hand, I'm making my first ever appearance outside of TEW and I want to make sure by the end of the match the name Wayne Williams is a name that sticks to the peoples mind!

Lozio, I also heard what you said about me - how you're going to break me. How you're going to be envisioning me as Prince Treborn. You're not going to break me though. Because that fact is - I'm not Prince Treborn. You can try have this image in your head that I am - but the fact is I'm not. I'm quicker. I'm faster. And I'm better than Treborn. You shouldn't be envisioning me as Treborn, Miles, because you're going to get a lot more than Treborn. You're getting the Wonderman. You don't have to worry about my good friend Richard Steen either, he won't be interfering. This is strictly between you and I, and I can't wait to step in the ring with you Miles Lozio. You can talk about how you're going to destroy me. You can even continue spieling about how your better than me. But when the day comes and the stage is set - you're not going to be the man with his arm raised at the end of the match. I am. I'm not just doing it for me - I'm gonna do it for my pals here in TEW who have supported me since day one!

"Thank you Williams!" clap clap - clap clap clap "Thank you Williams!" clap clap - clap clap clap

[[ Wayne Williams ]] ; Ladies and Gentlemen, it's been and honor. And maybe one day I'll come back here. But until that day, I say goodbye to TEW and say hello to Legacy Wrestling!

+ And that was all he had to say. With a drop of the microphone Williams exited the ring and jumped over the steel barriers whilst his theme song began to play through the arena. He walked through a sea of spectators, allowing them to take picture with him and pat him on the back, as he knew that this maybe the last time he'd appear in TEW. +
