Raise offers Instruction services ICly. (See +rules Instruction) To get in on an instruction class you just need to have a scene with Raise and be invited. The easiest way would be to get a referral from someone who knows about them.

Students whose starting attribute+ability pool is 2 dice or less for the class they are taking please tell me before the class starts. I have a bonus for beginners at this level of skill.
