Keeps is a transient who started her journey in Eugene, Oregon. She has followed the Rainbow Kids down to California and has some how ended up in Prospect.

She is a strange one, speaking to things that aren't nessisarily there, and carrying on conversations with toasters. She is a sweet thing, and doesn't seem willing to hurt a fly, or the occasional flea. She has no pets of her own,but does watch over her friends animals when they have to leave camp. Most of the people she came here with have moved on but she feels fine here.</font>
