As the chosen Count, Baron [[Ethan Sienna]] ap Danaan disappeared before he could take his title, the Duke elevated the Marquis, now Countess [[Melyn]] Silver Tongue ap Eiluned to the position.  In a sweeping change, he named Baron Marsennio Tordwil ap Gwydion, to the Barony of the Ebon Watchtower, Baroness Lavella di Esperra ni Eiluned, to the Barony of Divertimento Dithyramb Dance, and Baron Rothia Dandyll ni Gwydion, to the Barony of the Astral Seas.
