IC: Introductions fall under the Fifth Tradition, Hospitality.
OOC: Protocols for someone to gain acknowledgement as a member of the Prospect Praxis, and for those outside the Camarilla have been updated to hopefully alleviate confusion some have had. This may not be the same as other games, so please read it thoroughly.
CAMARILLA MEMBERS ONLY
1. Letter of introduction: Send an @mail to the Keeper, and your Clan Primogen. The Keeper will forward to the rest of the officers. For the current names of players, type ' news camarilla ' to see who they are, as they are subject to change.
The letter can be IC or OOC - just cover these points:
Full Name:
Clan or Bloodline:
References(PCs and/or NPCs):
Reason for applying to become an acknowledged member of the Praxis of Prospect:
(ie: I recently moved to Prospect from NameOfCity.)
2. Meet Your Primogen: Contact your Clan Primogen to meet ICly to RP. If you have issue getting a response, or the seat is vacant, then contact the Keeper. Your Clan Primogen will be taking responsibility for clan members, and it is at their behest to clear them first.
3. Scheduling the Introduction: Your Primogen should inform the Keeper that they have met and cleared you, and request an introduction to the Duchess at the next available Court Meeting (Held Fridays at 5pm PST/ 8pm EST). The Keeper will let the officers know of the schedule.
If there is a conflict with that date/time, let the Keeper know to work out another time.
NON-CAMARILLA
- Any Non-Camarilla Kindred must attempt to reach the Primogen of their clan first. If that Primogen will not take responsibility for them, or is unreachable, then the Keeper will take care of the introduction.
- ALL INTRODUCTIONS MUST BE PLACED ON THE AGENDA WITH THE KEEPER BY WEDNESDAY FOR THE COMING FRIDAY COURT, OR WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT WEEK. *
During this time, it is safe for you to go to either Elysium at anytime once you enter the city. As long as you have sent in your letter, and attempted to meet with your Primogen, you have done what is required until you get responses. This means you can attend +events, should you wish.

NOTICE
A blood test is required for all new members of the Praxis, as well as some others.
NOTE: None of this is meant to restrict your RP. If anything, it is to make sure you are included and meet others ICly. If you have any questions about it, ask your Primogen or the Keeper.
