Usual Disclaimer: I'm here for the story. I am not a TS trap, though I'm certainly not against it. I am still learning this sphere, so I am as clueless as my character, bear with me. I don't enjoy character death, and I'm not out to PK (obviously). I do firmly believe ICA=ICC, so, I act accordingly. If there's an idea or story you want to work around and want Ame in on it, I'm a pretty easy-going for the most part... just page/@mail me.

UC Prospect: This one is the most obvious. She's got a dorm room in Weaver Hall, not that she spends a ton of time there. She's in the Masters Degree program for Climate Science and Policy -- rumor has it, in the department, she's a graduate of OSU's Agricultural Science. She took a lot more biology and advanced mathematics classes than her degree required. Something about a cypher internship cross-country at one point on her transcript, too.

Streetwise: Ame is a well-known street medic, anyone can ID her by the various political tags on her backpack or Red Cross symbol displayed prominently on her person when she's 'on duty'. She's also trained more than her fair share of political activist street medics across the Pacific Coast since 2011. If you can't find a doctor, can't afford your meds, get wrecked at a protest, chances are she'll patch you back together without a second thought. Also seems to have this crazy idea everyone has a right to food, clean water, and someplace safe to live.

Political Activism: Know what antifa is? Know what Cascadia is? Concepts of social structures that don't include capitalism? Know anything going on currently (politically) that would affect the west coast, our climate, and fighting major corporations from poisoning the earth? Ame does! Open that can of worms at your own risk.

Portland: Born and raised in Portland, OR, and outlying areas. (Down with the gentrification and uncontrolled rent increases!) Been through there? Lived there? From there? Have you and she met before? Keep Portland weird.

Blackwell Family: This is NOT a highly publicized fact, but if you are a PC trying to track down Blackwell family members, it can be done. Her father, Jake Blackwell, went through extensive troubles to hide Amethyst and her mother's existence from the world.

Orphan: Literally. Dad died in August in Prospect's bombing, Mom died in an oil train explosion in September by happenstance -- and Ame survived it. There's quite a bit of difference between Orphan and orphan, she just happens to be both. She knows very little about Mages, and it's still more than a bit overwhelming of a concept to her, being newly Awakened.

Heiress: High society would have gotten a serious heads up. A complete black sheep green political activist just inherited a /ton/ of money through tragedy. The irony that her sudden wealth is largely due to capitalism should not be lost on many. Does she seriously still shop non-designer labels? What IS she wearing?

Herbalist: Amethyst is quite skilled in the realm of herbalism and non-Western medical treatments. She's got plans to set up shop in town. Her equipment for creating extracts, tinctures, and oils is in transit and should arrive soon enough, along with stock. Rumor has it she /also/ might be quite skilled at growing less traditional herbal remedies... or more traditional, depending on your historical outlook on humanity's relationships with the plant world. Got a place she can set up shop and be welcomed? She's let several realtors know what she's looking for, and budget appears to be no issue. Maybe she's a not for profit?

Mage: Well, just going off her name, she's got to be related to Ruby Wickward, a reasonably skilled Portland-based Verbena mage just about as well-known for her work in political activism as Amethyst is. Sadness, though, nobody's heard from Ruby since September when she was supposed to be gathering supplies and heading back to the North Dakota pipeline protests. Surely she should have showed up for the grueling winter in the NODAPL protest by now? It has been months, and none of the protestors have sent word back of her presence.

Other: Got connections to the CIA (or "State Department")? You might just have information about her, or uncover intriguing information if she catches your attention and go looking. Page/@mail for details.
