Update: October 12th

Highway 8 (that connects Prospect to Phoenix and that runs parallel to the Mexican border has seen several civic improvement projects become active in the past few days - much to the approval of several city and county officials. Commuters, however are noticing a distinct reduction in speed and increase in traffic that has brought the four hour drive between the two major cities up to six easily.
