Kenny was born right here in Prospect. He was orphaned as a small child, and ran away from several orphanages. He spent most of his early youth on the street.

• Success Story

He's a bit of a local success story. As a homeless kid he spent long periods of time educating himself in the local libraries, and by sneaking into college lectures and such. He got his first job as an adolescent on the docks, being paid under the table. Eventually he rose to an actual position on the docks. Through ingenuity, knowledge and hard work, he was running the shipping company by twenty. By twenty six he owned three other large local businesses.

• Pillar

He was a pillar of the community. He donated huge amounts of money to local charities, and worked soup kitchens alongside other people. He married and had two daughters, and regularly attended church. By twenty eight he was on the city council, and by thirty he was mayor.

• Mayor

He was an excellent mayor. He worked to help the city in numerous ways, passing ordinances that cleaned up the ocean, lowered pollution and crime rates. He helped lower local poverty, created new job programs, and basically made the city a nicer, safer place for six years.

• Scandal

Around two years ago, the mayor was caught on tape with an eighteen year old High School student. He didn't deny it, and made a public apology before volunteering to step down from his position. His wife left him with their two daughters. After that he somewhat vanished from the public eye.
