- Aneje is a predator-spirit bound in a body of flesh created by Gaia's will.
- Although her precise function remains unstated, Aneje seems rather aggressive on occasions, and openly hostile toward Wyrm-servants within the forest.
- Modesty is not Aneje's strong suit. She attires herself barely at all in human form, typically in robes woven from plants. The Kami spends as much time transformed into beasts.
- Any Kami is rare, but a flesh-bound spirit is rarer still and created by Gaia for specific purposes. They should be approached with a certain amount of courtesy by Gaians of other natures.
- Due to the workings of small, corrupt creatures within the forest, Aneje is known to the Wyrm's servants and has been since the moment Gaia created her. However, she roams the forest at large and in diverse forms, making her difficult to find, much less harm. Fortunately for such hunters, she typically brings the fight to such foes.
