xxxxxRakash was born just outside of Bistritz in 1922. He was born within the Leopolo kumpania. His father was a caravan warder, while his mother was a dancer and herder. Rakash never had a knack for combat like his father did, and he was a constant disappointment to the man. His mother loved him dearly, however.
xxxxxWhen he was still only a child, his little sister Maia was born. He loved her more then anything in the world, and he did everything he could to protect her from the outside world. She loved him just as much, and as they grew they became inseparable. The kumpania traveled west...and everything changed.
The Camp
xxxxxWhen Rakash was eighteen, his entire familia was captured by Nazis while traveling through Germany. They were taken to Auchwitz, along with numerous other 'undesirables'. It was a horrific, trying time, and the Kindred still has daymares about it, waking up in blood sweats. He watched his father step in line for the crematorium, and his mother taken off by soldiers to be 'shared'. The young man could do nothing about it, other then try and keep his sister safe.
xxxxxEven that was impossible, however. They were both slowly wasting away. Rakash began conning guards and other inmates to get extra food, or belongings. He did anything he could to keep them alive. This brought the interest of Andreus, a young, bitter Ravnos who was feeding on the inmates and guards alike. He Embraced Rakash just after his 20th Birthday...and his first present was his sister. In a feeding frenzy, Rakash drained little Maia dry. He hates himself that one of the main things he remembers about her now is how amazing she tasted.
Un-Life
xxxxxAndreus and Rakash spent the remainder of the war hunting and murdering Nazis. The two were unbelievably low on Humanity, and were near Wassail when the war finally ended. Rakash discovered the Western Path of Paradox through one of his Clanmates, and found a new purchase on Unlife with it. His Sire, however, refused to convert. He was too far gone. Rakash spent years secretly destroying everything his Sire cared for...before claiming his blood and soul as his own.
xxxxxRakash spent decades traveling Europe, until he discovered another, surviving kumpania of Leopolo Rom. He integrated with them, slowly bringing them under his power. After diablerising twin childer of a very angry Gangrel,Rakash moved his kumpania to America. They've been traveling the country since, living in RVs and campers, surviving off of graft and theft, and...sometimes work.
