• Nyx is Ananasi kinfolk through her mother's side, and was largely raised by her so has a very odd outlook on life. Saying she's emotionally stunted is an understatement.
• While Nyx doesn't have any fame herself, it's possible she might be recognized from the news that ran about a year ago when her father was killed, and her mother named a suspect. The hunt for her mother continues, but in the meantime Nyx (Shayla Brody) was able to claim her sizable inheritance.
• Nyx is a waitress at Club 215, an upscale Gentleman's Club.
