Mr. Kensington/Hooks

• Mr. Kensington is a genteel, unerringly polite man who tends to easily get along with most anyone. Even his enemies find him to be cordial. The very picture of the modern English gentleman who has retained some of his native land's past tendencies.

• As someone who has worked within the Ivory Tower for decades, Kensington is accustomed to attempts at intimidating or lying to him. He has become remarkably adept at facing down such dilemmas. (+2 difficulty to lie to or intimidate Kensington, -2 for him to resist such attempts.)

• Kensington has been with the Technocracy for decades and is respected for his qualities as a leader, investigator, and voice for the organization. He is also recognized as being among the foremost authorities on Reality Deviants. (Status 4)

• Absolutely unshakable face. Nothing short of God Himself manifesting before him would succeed in breaking the calm of his countenance.

• Mr. Kensington abhors brutes who feel that the only solution to his organization's problems is through the barrel of a gun.

• For those who have the ability to sense such things, Mr. Kensington is bound for a dark fate. However, there is an odd vein of nobility about his end, in spite of all that he's done.

• In all likelihood, Mr. Kensington is but one of many aliases he uses. His real name, if this is not it, is largely unknown.
