Monica/Introduction

		Monica is a relative newcomer to Prospect. Hailing from the Sandhill sept based fifty miles south of Madison, WI (herself a Madison native), she arrived in the city as a Cliath under the Rite name Tarachi.
Now, just two months in, she's moved on to the rank of Fostern, and taken a new name: Keres. To anyone within the Garou, this progression should sound pretty typical. In most cases, it is. In her case, her age is liable to raise some questions. Quite a bit older than your typical Fostern, it's unknown (to most) if her rank is the result of having experienced her First Change late in life, or something else entirely. Unsurprisingly, she's not all that eager to talk about it.
