Marshall is newly arrived to the city. Originally from Chicago he moved here because his wife wanted to be closer to her mother since she was getting on in years. Married for almost ten years, he and his wife have raised two girls, Megan at nine and Sarah at eight, as part of a happy and loving, Catholic family.
