Introduction
  • Lumiere Biologics is a multi-national corporation founded by one Dr. Hideki Ueda; a Japanese born naturalized American citizen. They own public patents for things like dietary supplements, diet pills, and prescription drugs, and their forte'... genetic Therapies for treating cancer... though they are a relatively new player in the field.

  • Founding Date: June 27 1980

  • Lumiere Biologics was founded in 1980 by Dr. Hideki Ueda through the laws that allow legal residents of the United States to become entrepreneurs. The company was co-founded with his wife Dr. Maya Ueda shortly after their daughter Haruka was diagnosed with cancer. Hideki was a leader in the field of genetics, overcoming many of the still smoldering prejudices of the day to cement his position in the field. His wife, Maya, was American of Creole descent and was originally a Paleographer who specialized in Asian languages. She later showed her true colors as a multi-field genius when she became an accomplished bio-chemist in the years following their albino daughter's diagnosis of cancer at age 5. She never, however, lost her interest in languages and Paleography and was paid as a consultant for various Anthropological departments.
