Mindblock: The difficulties of any direct mental attacks or attempts to control the mind, as well as more insidious psychic assaults (mind-reading, mentally implanting illusions or possession) are raised to 10. The effects of this are permanent, but they do not apply to powers that sway emotion.
Memory Caress: In game effects, this is treated as permanent Delirium for purposes of onlookers forgetting what they see, although fear reactions are exchanged for incomprehension. If you are immune to Delirium for whatever reason, you will be immune to Memory Caress.
