- High Resources
- Are you part of the rich and famous? Tina brings in an ungodly amount of money every year, and moves in those rarified circles. If you're the sort who goes to red-carpet events, premieres, VIP sections of clubs, or wanders on down to Beverly Hills or Rodeo Drive when it's time to go shop, you may know her or she may know you.
- Famous. No, /really/.
- Tina is ridonkulously famous, of the "famous for being famous" variety. She comes from a rich family, she's gorgeous, and oh, yeah, that sex tape that got leaked to the Internet didn't hurt any. Since then, she's become a ubiquitous face on the Internet and in tabloids, a paragon for America's obsession with celebrity. They're getting ready to launch a reality TV show regarding her, which is why she's in Prospect in the first place. Like her or hate her, unless you live in a cave, you've probably heard of her/seen her, if only on the tabloid covers in the grocery lines. Maybe you want an autograph? Or to take a picture with her? Or just to people-watch?
- The Fourth Estate
- The media. Tina rarely goes anywhere that there aren't paparazzi following her. That's lessened now that she came out to Prospect from L.A., but it hasn't stopped by any means. It certainly draws attention, as there's almost always a crowd around her if she's out and about on the street. In private businesses, they keep the riff-raff out, but it certainly gets attention on the street, and could be an easy hook, whether your character is one of the media, or just interested in the spectacle that's going on.
- Reality TV
- They're currently spinning up a reality show based on Tina moving away from the bright lights of L.A. and out to Prospect, focusing a little on the fish-out-of-water while still continuing to chronicle her life. It's the sort of thing that fits well on E!, and as such, there's frequently cameras following her. If you're a business owner or employee, it's possible that she or her people might arrange you to get permission to film at your location. Whether you don't want the publicity (too much light in your shadows), or you do (hey, free publicity, right?), it's still an RP hook either way.
- Charity
- Tina is currently setting up for a non-profit charity. Of course, the press is billing it as just a P.R. stunt and something else to get attention, but regardless of the intent, that's still potentially a LOT of money to get thrown at charitable causes. Are you in need? Or are you the kind of person who might be good at running a charity? Talk to me!
