Located at D Str and Canary out on the Harbor, Joe's has become a fast and sure thing for people who want a place to sit and relax with a beer and a few slices of pizza. It's a relaxed atmosphere, where the blue collar worker can come in and not worry about how they look, and know that they won't be turned away, or get an odd look for a bit of grime on their clothing, or dirt under their nails.
