- New World Order - Yes he is one of them. Worse still he is neither a black nor a gray suit. Garret is one of the few White Suits one of those that police the Union itself. He knows the ins and outs and how to get things done. Need to chat with a White Suit? Need to get in contact with a representative of the Union?
- Psychology - He is trained in the science of it to do evaluations of Agents and other personal to see if they need to be sent in for a further work up.
