- Darius came from an insanely wealthy family
- Fomori
- His ancestors served the Wyrm, while his parents had grown lax. After a ritual to summon a Fomori, he brought it into himself, and has become a very willing servant of the Corrupter.
- Sage
- Darius is a sage above everything else. He can enter the Umbra, speak to spirits and even command them. He is as close to a Theurge as a mortal can be.
- Shapeshifter Kin
- He is a Black Spiral Dancer kinfolk, coming from an old line of Fomori and cultists. The Wyrm made his family important in the old day, but the family had fallen to disrepair. Darius has brought it back.
- Hedonism
- Wealth and boredom have led to a very dangerous, hedonistic life. Cocaine off a hooker's ass? Heroin in the eyeball? Insane drug-fueled orgies? He might as well be a Zantosa.
