Cory Runkle is a ne'er do well from West Virginia. He is recently in town as a consequence of some legal trouble and an offer from Ray for a place to crash. Once set up in his new town of Prospect, he immediately decided to bring a little of the holler to the big city. A moonshine operation is already running and he is offering his wares to individuals and restaurant owners interested in adding a little variety to their menu.
