King's Tap House - The Brewmaster's Hall

Bathed in the warm glow of Edison bulbs suspended from a high ceiling, the King's Taphouse welcomes patrons into a space where rustic charm meets industrial chic. The walls, adorned with a tapestry of reclaimed wood, bear the scars of history, each plank whispering tales of days long past. At the heart of the room stands a sturdy bar, its surface crafted from polished oak slabs, echoing the robust nature of its drinks.

Behind the bar, a symphony of gleaming taps, each crowned with the ornate crest of King Breweries, promises a voyage through a landscape of flavors. Barrels repurposed as tables dot the floor, inviting conversations over flights of beer served in glassware that captures the essence of each brew. The air is rich with the scent of malt and hops, a subtle hint to the alchemy occurring in the distillery beyond sight.

Soft, ambient music plays in the background, a counterpoint to the low murmur of patrons, while the clink of glasses punctuates the atmosphere like exclamation points in the ongoing narrative of the night. Dimly lit corners offer refuge for those seeking solace with their spirits. At the same time, communal tables set the stage for new friendships formed over shared rounds.

Superbowl. 60 degrees and fair outside with a light breeze. Perfect weather. The TVs are all set up and playing various clips of Superbowls from years prior -- game changing events that tipped things from one team to the other. It's still early. There are specials set up for each team. 49er fans get $2 draws of this thing on tap, and Chiefs fans get the same for this here other tap. There's $.60 wings and unlimited carrots and celery and there are several food trucks outside from local businesses.

The place is hoppin'. There are individuals and large parties here, all gathered and chatting, eating, drinking, and watching TV. Sammy's got on a 49ers Jersey and he's sitting up at the bar, munching on wings.

A twenty-something man rolls in ensconced within a high-tech wheelchair. Bob wears a red and gold 49ers jersey, with a pair of black jeans and brown loafers. A small tray connected to the wheelchair has a couple drink holders. The tray is empty. A security chain connects the wheelchair to a closed messenger bag on the right side. The man is tall, perhaps 6'1", with an oval face and no discernible muscle definition. Light stubble and a mustache with no gray are framed by shoulder-length dark brown hair. Bob looks around and doesn't seem to recognize anyone, so he heads toward the bar for something to drink. He is smiling.

Sark apparently failed at soliciting a date for the party, so steps in on his own, pausing inside the front doors to let his eyes adjust and look for any unclaimed seating. Dressed in what is typical for him, Sark has on a simple T-shirt and jeans, rather than any team's colors, and has on a pair of sandals for the moment. A little wiggle of fingers is flashed towards Trixie, one of the faces he does recognize, before apparently aiming for the bar and an unclaimed stool.

Trixie is on the floor today, clearly working as a wench for the event dressed as she is in black leather and not enough of it. She gives Sark a smile and a wave on her way to drop off a pitcher of beer to a table of loud men, like almost every other table here is today. She gets back to the bar and heads behind it past the lift gate, stopping by Bob first. First come, first served. "Hello there, what can I get you. I don't think I've seen you here before, do you need a menu?"

Sammy is at the bar as well, nursing his way through a beer. Sark gets a nod as he comes up and Sammy sets his beer down. No one's run screaming yet, but there seems to be a little Nope Bubble around Sammy where people just don't wander into. It's subtle.

Bob looks up at Trixie and gives a wide smile. "Hi. First time here. Uhh.." He looks at the menu. "..I'll have a Summerbrew please." This is said with a thick Cajun accent. "Unless, do you have a recommendation?"

Sark slides his butt onto a stool, offering Sammy a faint smile and a nod of his head. He gives Bob a once-over while the man orders, waiting for him to be finished before asking Trixie, "Could I have another one of those Cherry Lambics again?"

Trixie nods at Sark with a big smile, then turns it back to Bob. "Well, there's my favorite recommendation right there. Unless you'd rather stick with a lighter flavor, the lambics are tart and delicious. Almost like a soda, but it's not." You paged Sammy with ‘Are you posing, or just running the event? Dont want to step on your poses’

Sammy nods and he lifts his drink as well. "That's what I've got. Best one we have I think." Sammy's voice is a little raspy, but not unpleasantly so. "I'll take a new one when you pass through, Trixie."

Bob grins, "A lambie it is then. Hey. make his.." He nods toward Sark "..on me as well. Never hurts to be friendly." Looking at Sark he says, "Hi. I'm Bob. New to the city, from Nawlins. Beautiful place, Prospect."

Sark chuckles softly at the offer and nods his head at Bob, offering him a hand, "I appreciate that. Sark. Welcome to the craziness that is California then. Hopefully you've been finding interesting people to settle in with so far?" At Trixie's acknowledgement, he smiles a little more and murmurs a thank you to her.

Sark pages: That close if you're interested, you can roll me perception + awareness at 7 to see through his shapeshifting. <OOC> Bob says, "Rolling Perception + Awareness vs 7 to notice something about at Sark" <---======##====================[ Dice Roll ]=====================##======---> Bob rolls Perception(2) + Awareness(3) (5 dice) vs 7 for 1 successes. 3 3 4 5 +9 <-------------=============++++++++++++++++++++++++=============------------->

When Bob shakes Sark's hand, its apparent up close, like needing to look in close to see the detail, that his tanned skin is actually closer to being a pelt of golden scales, like an alligator or other reptile's skin instead.

Trixie grabs up a trio of glasses and heads for the Ten Tickle taps, pouring out three cherry lambics. She moves back up the bar, depositing the glasses full of dark red beverage in front of Sammy and Sark, and then making the effort to lean over the bar to put Bob's into the drink holder on his chair's tray. "Alright, there you all go. Do you want to open a tab, sir? I'm guessing this won't be your last of the day, will it?"

Sammy lifts his drink for a little sip and he nods his approval. He turns a little and glances up at one of the TVs to see just what's going on up there. More old footage. He's fine being quiet for now

Bob chuckles at Trixie's question. "Probably not the last, no mon Cherie. A tab sounds delightful." He blinks at Sark several times as they shake hands, then seems to relax. Bob replies "Finding a bunch of interesting people, of all walks, but it's all good. I like making friends, and don't make many enemies. Life's too short to not be friendly."

Sark grins, scooping up his own mug, "Thank you, gorgeous!" and immediately takes a fairly large drink from his mug. At Bob's comment, he chuckles and nods his head, "Always a good idea to be friendly at first. Someone acts like an asshole to you after that? You can be as rude as you'd like to be, you still tried. Some people, you just arent going to talk to. Their problem."

Trixie grins at Sark and performs a small curtsy before open Bob's tab on the POS screen. "Very true, it is always to be friends then enemies, right?"

There's some laughter from over there in the corner of the room. Just a handful of thirty somethings out without their wives for a change. Nothing noteworthy really, but Sammy looks that way anyway. He turns back to listen to the conversation, not interjecting himself just yet

Bob nods at Sark. "I hear that. Most people I've met aren't assholes if treated right. Ones who are, well yeah, just move on. How have you found the city? And who are you rooting for today?", he asks. He does flash Trixie a smile at her comment.

Sark mmms softly and glances up at one of the screens, "I think I'm supposed to be rooting for the 49ers, right? I mean, you know, the locals and all. I just was hoping it would be a fun game to watch." He grins back at Bob at that and takes another drink before adding, "The city is interesting as always. I've been here for a couple of years now and still find people worth watching every week. I spend a lot of time in coffee shops and bookstores where I can watch people most of the day." Kieran comes in from North Beach - Harbor Kieran has arrived.

Theres $.60 wings and unlimited carrots and celery and there are several food trucks outside from local businesses.

The place is hoppin'. There are individuals and large parties here, all gathered and chatting, eating, drinking, and watching TV. Sammy's got on a 49ers Jersey and he's sitting up at the bar, munching on wings and drinking. Sark's up there too and Bob is nearby. Trixie is serving drinks.

Trixie excuses herself from the bar to do a circuit, checking on different parties to see if they need refills. Then she begins delivering a few pitchers of King's light and exercising the skill of not spilling them when her ass gets grabbed by over-entitled guests.

Kieran bounces her way in off the street, clearly already in a party mood as she makes her way toward the bar. "Gimme something red and fast..."

Not quite 5'4", Kieran is a little slender for her size, but something in the way she carries herself keeps her from being quite 'waifish'. Hazel eyes take in the world behind strong, but rounded features, and she wears her dark-copper, almost auburn hair in a somewhat boyish pixie-cut.

Today, she's dressed for tailgating, wearing a deep red jersey with the white and gold sleeve piping for the Kansas City Chiefs. Across the front and back is plastered the number '87', with the letters 'Mr. Swift' across the back of her shoulders. Beneath this, and maybe a bit incongruously, she's got on a pair of absolutely skin-tight black leather 'check out my ass' pants, tucked into mid-calf combat boots that look like she forced some Marine to spit-shine them before going out. To all appearances, she seems relaxed and at ease with her surroundings.

Bob turns his head and looks at Kieran as she walks in. Turning back to Sark, Bob says "I've been doing much the same in the few months I've been here. I need to get out more. Do you have a favorite coffee shop I could try as something new?" He takes a swig of his bear, and grins at the taste.

Sark glances behind him to catch Kieran's entrance, smiling brightly at the woman and wiggling the fingers of his free hand at her, "Hello there!" Another sip of the lambic is taken before he considers Bob's question, "The Witches Brew is always a good one with lovely fresh-baked stuff, and well, the Roaster's is good but not quite the same view of the street."

Trixie circles back behind the bar as Kieran makes her urgent request. She quickly pours and delivers a Kiley's Irish Red Ale, pun definitely intentional. "Hi again, Kieran, glad you could make it! It's a bit of a busy day, but just poke me if you need anything."

Bob smiles, and takes another swig. "I haven't been to the Witches Brew. Been to Roaster's a few times, as well as others. I'll give the Witches Brew a try then. Is it hard to find?" As Sark finger waggles yet again, Bob grins, "You seem to know everyone Sark. Kudos."

Kieran waves to Sark, then flashes Trixie a grin, "Hey, Trix..." before giving a double-take. "That... ok... Definitely a different look than normal..." She picks up her Irish Red, and gives a nod, "Thanks. You... uhm... make sure you get some time off your feet, yeah?"

Sark laughs lightly at Bob, "It happens when you sit around in cafes and wave at anyone that looks at you sideways. And occasionally buy them tea and muffins." He nods slowly at Trixie's comment and offers, "And the game hasn't even started yet. I thought it was going to be on by now, but I guess I didn't pay attention to the advertisements very well."

Sammy is sitting there at the bar when Kieran comes in and he smiles at the newcomer. "She'll get plenty of breaks." He picks up a wing carefully, presses it just right into the plate it's on and pushes the bone right out of it

Trixie looks to Sammy and nods before turning back to others. "Right, don't worry. I'll be fine. But yeah, it's going to take a while to get through the big event. Football is a game of four quarters of fifteen minutes each, which maths out to about three hours, plus another three or four for pre and post game shows. So buckle up, and drink heartily! Also, we've got a wing truck today!"

Bob nods at Trixie's math. He looks at Sark and says "I'm a fan, true. But my favorite things about the superbowl are hanging with people and the halftime show. And I have a built in tailgate." He chuckles.

Kieran nods, "Good!" She laughs and nods, "Yeah, football's the longest four hours of 60 minutes in sports. It oughta be a good game, too."

When Trixie mentions the wing truck, Sammy lifts the wing he's about to eat high in the air in a form of salutation. Then he pops it in his mouth and pulls the bone out. "Just make sure you get one in before the game actually starts, T-Rexxie. You don't want me running tables while you're chillin'"

Sark glances over at Sammy's food and leans a little closer to him to sniff and then ask, "What kind didya get? Those smell pretty good." He chuckles at the general assessment and grins at Bob's comment, "I suppose that is one upside to bringing your own seat with you, right? Snacks and refreshment on demand if you plan ahead!"

Bob looks at Trixie and asks, "Would you be willing to grab a large order of wings and bring it in with yours please? I'll pay for your order if you will. I'd get whatever he's having." He nods towards Sammie.

Sammy grabs a napkin and wipes his hands, still chewing, and watches Sark lean toward his food. There's a split second there where Sammy considers just.. biting Sark. That's probably a horrible idea, but instincts are instincts. Fortunately, since Sammy hasn't had his shots, Sark doesn't get Rabies and Sammy doesn't get his entire face literally bitten off. He points to his big plate. "This stack's habanero mango. That stack there is Korean BBQ."

Trixie nods at Sammy in acknowledgment, then looks again to check out his flavor of wings. She turns back to Bob with a nod and a big friendly customer service approved smile. "Sure thing! Does anyone else want something while I'm making the run?"

Kieran says, “Not me," She grins, "I'm gonna wait until the game starts to load up. Otherwise I'm gonna piss off a bunch of Californians, I think...”

Sark mmms and considers Sammy's options, "I've had habanero peppers on things before, and I think that's more of a Wulfra thing. The Korean BBQ though, that might be more my style. I'll go grab some in a bit when the game gets ready to start." He chuckles at Kieran's comment and grins a little toothily, "I assumed that SOMEONE here would be loudly supporting the Chiefs. And probably get suckerpunched."

Trixie nods and grabs a tray before heading out to the Ale Yard to collect some wings for Bob.

Bob nods at Sark. If Trixie has not gone yet Bob will say to her, "Didn't realize he had two types. I think Korean BBQ is more my style too, so if you could get that please. Also, here are two twenties to cover your order and mine, is that enough?"

Trixie stops to grab the bills and nods at his clarification. "Sure thing! And thanks! I'll be right back."

Sammy nods. "The KBBQ ones have a good spice and lots of flavor. The habanero ones are hot and sweet. Not my favorite. I like the garlic on the Korean ones, though." He glances over at Bob and then up to Trixie and he nods just a little bit. He's careful to not make a mess while he eats, except for his fingertips where he's pushing the meat off the bone.

Kieran shrugs, smiling, "KC's closer to Cleveland than San Francisco is. Also, us musicians gotta stick together, so... supportin' m'girl Tay-Tay."

Sark mmms, "Garlic and bacon, are good on just about everything. Some people think the hotter the better. I'm a wimp on that regard. Too hot? Not tasty at all." He flashes another grin at Kieran but doesn't comment on Taylor Swift, still glancing up at the screen as they get ready to start actually playing.

Bob nods at Sammy, "Thanks. I'm not great with spicy things, so the Korean is definitely better." He gives a look of agreement to Sark, then looks at Kieran, "I confess, I am a big music fan. I probably count as a Swifty, having seen Eras three times. Also listen to The Pretty Reckless and Halocene, which are very different tastes..but that's me - a wide range of tastes in all things. Hi, I'm Bob."

Sammy eyeballs Kieran briefly and he nods, chewing on another wing. It's the sort of nod that says 'Yeah, I figured you for a Swifty' kind of thing. Like, he didn't, but that's the implication of that nod, regardless. "The Korean BBQ is still pretty hot, but it isn't blazing. And the flavor's better. There's mild and Parmesan garlic and all that shit too."

Trixie comes back from the Ale Yard and delivers a plate of Korean BBQ wings to Bob's tray table, along with his change. She perches herself on the next stool over with her own plate of honey BBQ wings, crossing one knee over the other as she takes her pre-game break. "There you go! And just let me know if you need anything else." Kieran sits down at the Bar. Sammy sits down at the Bar.

Sark rumbles again and chuckles, "Well, damnit, now Im getting hungry. I guess I'm going out to get a couple orders real fast. If I could get another Cherry while I'm out, gorgeous?" He gives the others at the bar a nod and no one in particular a 'hold my spot, I'll be right back' as he hops up to head over to the wing truck.

Kieran gives a little 'pffft'. "Heat's where it's out, Goldstein." She finds herself a barstool, and nudges him lightly, "But that doesn't surprise me. You've always been a bit of a punk when it comes to heat."

Bob smiles at Trixie, surprised at how much change there is (one might suspect he doesn't get wings often), and hands her a 5. "That is for being so nice. Thank you, and much appreciated! ". He adds "Could I also get another lambie please?", as he finishes his current on off. He then grabs some knapkins and digs in with gusto.

Trixie grins at Kieran's ribbing of Sark, then nods at him and Bob. She slides off her stool and ducks around the bar to refill the glasses, handing them out before resuming her wing break. "Thank you, Bob, you're too kind."

At some point in passing, Sammy reaches out and snags Trixie by the arm. He isn't mean about it, just getting her attention. He pulls her toward him, not too close, and whispers briefly, motioning around the room before he lets her go and gives that same arm a little pat.

Sark returns a few moments later with two baskets of wings, and gives Kieran a smirk, "Look, just because I wouldnt eat those fucking Volcano Chocolates that Wulfra likes. I LIKE my taste buds, thank you very much." With that said, he hops back onto his stool and adds, "I got some of those Korean ones and the garlic parmesan since they both sounded good."

Kieran rolls her eyes, "Oh, please... I've seen the way you eat. You'd run from a good kimchi."

Trixie gives Sammy a short nod, then diverts off to check on a large table of fans. She chats with them for a couple of minutes, seeming to rile up their thirst for a bit, then delivering a couple more pitchers of beer while letting her wings cool off.

Bob watches the room in silence while he eats, listening to all the talking and occasionally looking at the TV.

Sammy is sitting at the bar. He's got beer and wings. Sark just sat down with wings. Bob is pretty close by. Kieran is also at the bar? There's stuff going on on the TV. Right now it's old clips from previous Superbowls. There are several food trucks parked outside.

Sark pthtbtbtbts lightly at Kieran, "I don't need to be reminded what having fire breath tastes like, so pthtbt. Though Alicia did give me an idea for a new kind of rum shot." He waggles his brows at the redhead before abruptly shoving one of the garlic wings into his mouth and pulling it back out, stripping the meat and breading off of it in one swoop while they start finally introducing the teams on the TVs.

Karalina arrives in the Brewmaster's Hall just as the 49ers are taking the field. She's dressed in gold and all SPARKLY! She walks up to the bar just behind Sammy, putting her hands on his shoulders. "Are you ready for some football?" You have voted for Karalina

Kieran blinks. "Alicia did? Not Deirdre?" She shakes her head a bit, "I'll have to ask her about it when she gets here." She's dressed in a #87 KC jersey, and cheers as the teams come onto the field, "Awwww, yeah!" Standing up, she gives Sark another nudge, "I'm gonna go get some *hot* wings. I promise not to wave them too close to your sinuses."

Bob wipes Korean BBQ sauce off his face with a napkin, and smiles at Karalina. "Yep. Go 49ers!", he says. "Hi, I'm Bob."

Sammy wipes his fingers on his napkin, touches them to a wet wipe that he's got there. Then he turns around on his seat and wraps his arms around her waist and tugs her in between his knees. "Depends. Are you the cheerleader?" There is probably more than one person in the room wondering how someone as classy as Karalina would willingly get that close to Sammy, but here they are. "You, as always, look like a fucking forest fire." Hot. He means hot

Trixie returns to finish off her wings, going behind the bar and standing instead of taking a stool and blocking Bob's eye line from Sammy and Karalina. She eats quickly, then tosses the plate and washes the sauce off her fingers in the sink.

Sark nods sagely at Kieran, "It was from before she started going nutty over Eirlys. When she was actually fun at a party. I know, right?" Flashing a grin, he takes a moment to murder another of his wings, then adds to her, "Fine, smart ass, I'll trade you a wing if it will hush you on that regard. Consider me taunted." He does at least wiggle his fingers in hello at the arriving Karalina.

Karalina waves to Bob, "Hello there! How are you enjoying the Tap House? I'm Karalina." But she has a Sammy here, and yes, she is hot and with him. A quick kiss as her arms wrap around Sammy. "I'm always your cheerleader. And if the 49ers will have me, of course." Thus the gold. "How's the party going?"

Bob nods to Karalina. He's not flirting, but being friendly. "Nice to meet you. It's great place! Got a nice easy and friendly vibe going."

Briefly, Sammy grabs a double handful of Karalina's booty. He isn't shy about it. But that doesn't last long. His hands move up and he lets her move more freely. "It's going. I'm waiting for Ramon, but I don't know if he's going to make it or not though." And, to reiterate from earlier, there is a small Nope Bubble around Sammy that Sark has invaded, and now Karalina, but everyone else is giving plenty of space.

Sark glances at Karalina and Sammy at their interaction, but for the moment seems to be more obsessing over those wings he bought, rapidly plowing through a couple more of them before he stops to lick his fingers and snag his drink, muttering, "These ARE good..."

Trixie leans back over the bar, looking up and down at the state of everyone's glasses. "Who needs a refill? Or a shot, or both? And what do you need, Boss?"

Karalina giggles a bit, noting they are doing the coin flip. "Call heads!" She grins as that is the result. "I'll take one of your special brews, please, Trixie! Thank you!" She bounces just a bit as she is excited the game is starting. Who knew the hot executive was a football fan?

Kieran comes back in with her wings, moving right back over toward Sark, "Pfffft... like I need your /weak/ Korean wings." She laughs, "I am probably gonna need another Red, though. I miss anything yet?"

Things are just getting rolling on the TVs. There are food trucks parked outside. The place is packed. Our group of PCs are all at or very near the bar. Karalina just got groped by Sammy and rather than move them to a place where there's actual room, he just turns Karalina around and pulls her up onto his lap at the bar stool, shifting his feet so he can give her a proper place to sit. "I mean, I'm pretty sure I've got some fucking Death Sauce back there in the back," Sammy informs Kieran.

Bob has another wing, then says to Sark. "So what do you do? I fix computers, cars, write software, do research - little bit of everything really. Am a Computer Science grad student at Prospect University, or will be next year."

Sark smirks at Kieran, "I see how you are. Fine then, no trade for you." As the play starts off on the screen above, Sark calms down a little to watch the coin toss and the ball start getting tossed around, slowing down his inhaling his wings a little at least. Just not much. Priorities, after all. Bob's question snaps his attention over and he smiles again, and chirps, "Oh. I own a horse breeding ranch off the coast that kinda runs itself, so short answer: I don't do much."

Kieran cheers as the Chiefs recover the fumble, and grins at Sammy, "I'm down for it. I love playing with fire!"

Karalina asks Bob, from Sammy's lap where she sits, "Isn't the next semester starting like... this week? Or did you come way early for Fall to get settled in?" She nuzzles into Sammy, ignoring the fumble.

Trixie does another circuit of the room delivering pitchers before returning to the bar area. "So, has anyone picked out a favorite poison yet?"

Bob cocks his head at Sark. "Wow, cool. I know nothing about horses, but get along well with animals." At Karalina's question he turns to her. "I was scheduled to go this year, but then the accident happened." He waves a hand over his legs and wheelchair. "And so they were willing to delay my start. The doctors think I'll recover in not too long, but they're not sure. I'm being optimistic and planning to start next year. Didn't mean to be a downer." He smiles apologetically.

"I need that Death Sauce that I brought in yesterday. You wanna grab it? It's in the medicine bottle on the top shelf above the big fridge in the kitchen." He would get it himself, except he has a lap full of Karalina and he isn't about to make her move. He motions Bob's way and asks, "What happened/"

Alec arrives on his own, alone to the party at the tap house. Dressed comfortably for the afternoon he finishes off a burger he got from one of the trucks just as he steps inside. Tossing the wrapper into the trash and pausing to wipe his mouth and hands, he heads on over to the bar where he waves down a bartender to order a drink.

Trixie ducks under the bar and pulls out a growler from the cooler. She pours out a glass of light colored beer with just a tint of a haze, and delivers it to Karalina. "Here you go, boss! This isn't the earmarked porter, but a blackberry sour. Still pretty good though!"

Sark bobs his head at Bob and offers, "We usually have time for visitors when people are willing to brave the half hour ferry ride out to the island. Remind me to give you my number before I take off if you're interested." His attention is drawn back to the game for a moment, idly devouring the meat off of another wing or two while the rest of the conversation roams around him.

Trixie moves down to Alec's spot at the bar, greeting him with a massive smile. "Hi, welcome to King's taphouse! What can I get you?"

Kieran rolls her eyes a little at Sark. "Listen to him. 'Runs itself'... he's got a pretty devoted staff out there. He'd be lost without them."

Karalina mmms, "Blackberry? How did you know I have a fondness for that.. and sour." She'll take it and sniff it before offering it to Sammy to sniff. But she's going to be the one to drink it! "Accident? Believe me, not a downer. You are out, doing things, eating wings. Moving on. Good on you. Don't let it hold you back." Alec has voted for you. Alec has voted for you.

Sammy sniffs the drink as well, then makes the cutest (most horrifying for those who are affected by Rage) pouty face when it's pulled away. And we'll pretend Sammy asked a different passing wench to get the Death Sauce instead of Trixie. That wench comes back now, with six wings, two pairs of gloves, the medicine bottle full of Death Sauce, and two of the other hottest sauces available.

"Hey, thanks for the greeting. I'll have whatever you recommend on tap." Alec nods in thanks to Trixie and then offers a polite nod to the others at the bar. "Any betting going on for the game. I mean, unofficial betting of course. I doubt the house has anything going on related to betting." Nodding to the TVs he motions to the others, "Cash on the line or the like?"

Sark wiggles his fingers dismissively at Kieran with some amusement on his face, "They come with the ranch like a package, so yes, my statement is valid. Stella just oversees everything for me. I didn't spend eight years in law school, so, yanno. I have the money, I pay her to handle those details." He shakes his head negatively at Alec when the man asks if there was anyone betting on the game.

Bob nods at Sark, "I will. I'd like that. I don't think I've ever been on an island other than Hilton Head. And if you need any upgrades to your security system or breeding software, I might be able to help you with that." He looks at the TV. "Hmm, no touchdown yet but still early. Heh, money. Will get there someday. Most of what I got from my parents went to school and my med bills. But I am starting to build up investments."

Trixie nods at Alec and pours out a glass of a rich red brew from one of the Ten Tickle Ale taps. She puts it in front of him on a coaster with a smile. "Here you go, sir, a Ten Tickle Cherry Lambic. My personal favorite so far, and you'll be in good company with it today. As for gambling... Well, someone might have some unofficial wagers for you..." She glances over at Sammy and Karalina pointedly, still smiling.

Kieran says, “Ooooh," Her eyes light up a bit at the 'death sauce', "I will definitely take some of that. But first! My 'this is gonna hurt' hot wings ritual." She laughs, and actually gets up to do a little dance where she turns in a circle three times, swiveling her hips like she's trying to get her pants off (which she is NOT), and singing a little "Oooooh, this is gonna hurt gonna hurt gonna hurt gonna hurt sooooo gooooood," and holds out a hand in Trixie's direction, "Beer meh!”

Kieran loses one Magical Essence <---======##====================[ Dice Roll ]=====================##======---> Kieran rolls Spring + Prop vs 6 for 3 successes. 1 3 3 +7 +9 +9 9 <-------------=============++++++++++++++++++++++++=============------------->

<OOC> Sammy says, "What level is that, Kieran?" <OOC> Kieran says, "3. It is now a Beer of Healing. >.>"

Trixie grins at Kieran, and pulls out the growler to deliver another homemade blackberry sour to her.

Karalina takes a sip of the drink and mmms, "I love this. Thank you, Trixie!" She sips again and then notices Sammy's face and offers him a drink of it as well. The wings though, she's staying FAR away from and asks a passing Wench, "I'll take some boneless wings, polynesian sauce. Thank you! Oh and some carrots sticks."

Sark watches Kieran's little ritual with a faint smile on his face, showing a few teeth, but offering no comment. Instead another wing disappears into his mouth, before turning his attention back to Bob, "I'll keep that in mind. We don't really use any fancy computers for the breeding projects though, so maybe that's a conversation we can have later."

A very famous actress saunters in the doors. She's dressed, or better said, undressed for the occasion. Of course Alicia is fashionably late. But no one has scored yet, so is she really late? The woman looks around for anyone she knows.

Sammy snorts at Kieran and pats Karalina on the leg. He takes his sip of the drink and nods. "Good. Really good. "Don't want you to get any of this on you, babe," he tells her. He switches with her. She gets the bar stool, he motions Kieran over to the side a little bit out of the way and motions Kieran that way. He hands her a pair of gloves and he dons a pair as well. The death sauce is pure liquid and comes in a child proof bottle. He pops it open and pulls out another bottle from inside. He takes a wing from each plate and sets it in each of the two sauces that are going to be a walk in the park compared to the third one. "Work our way up? Ladies first or you want me to go first?"

Alec nods in thanks to Trixie and then pulls out cash from his pocket to pay for the beer and to leave a tip. Slipping the rest of the cash back into his pocket he takes the beer in hand and lifts it in salute to the others around.

Karalina cheers, "SCORE!!! YES!!!" She bounces in her seat she is now it, and turns to Sammy but realizes he is mid hot sauce so she just continues to cheer to the room!

Kieran nods to Sammy, "Sounds good!" She starts to pull the gloves on, before she just... *stops*, staring at Alicia a bit. "Ok... I did *not* expect that. Uhm.... "

<OOC> Alicia says, "idk if anyone here is a tory, you if you are, you need to roll not to stare :P" <---======##====================[ Dice Roll ]=====================##======---> Kieran rolls Willpower vs 12 for -1 successes. -1 2 4 9 9 <-------------=============++++++++++++++++++++++++=============------------->

Bob also watches Kieran's song and dance, a bemused smile on his face. Just before she says 'Beer meh' his eyebrow goes up slightly for but a few seconds, though the smile does not slip. To Sark he says, "Sure, I'd be happy to show how software can help your breeding program, and even write a quick prototype for free." At the score he also goes, "Yeah. Go!"

Sark glances behind him after the small uproar over the successful field goal, to catch what Kieran's staring at. One brow goes up as he looks Alicia over, snorting a little in amusement as he offers, while slowly sucking the sauce off of one finger, "I did NOT place you as someone that would sit on the sidelines of a conflict."

Alicia grins to Kieran. "Oh, you didn't? Well, it's good to know that I can still surprise you." The woman laughs to Sark. "Sitting above the fray, judging all? Come on, you can't tell me that doesn't sound like me just a little bit."

"Best breeding program is just 'fuckin' I'd think," Sammy says, reaching for the first wing and then pausing when Kieran does. He glances over toward the door and his brow goes up and his gaze then cuts to Karalina and then back to Alicia. "Babe, listen. You can't be in here wearing less than the scantily clad beer wenches."

Babe, in this case, is Alicia

Trixie looks to Sammy, then Alicia, grinning a bit at suddenly not being the most underdressed in the room.

As a professional actress, with small parts in movies, TV, and streaming, it would not be uncommon for anyone that consumes that sort of mass media to recognize Alicia, even if it's a mere wondering where they have seen that woman before. Alicia is stunningly beautiful, on and off the camera, with her makeup always on point. Her features are mirror symmetrical, with hazel eyes, smooth, alabaster skin, full lips, and wavey, silky hair that hangs just below her jaw line. Her figure is "Hollywood" hot, with everything in the right proportions; Alicia looks fantastic in a latex catsuit. When she poses for a magazine, there's no need to hire someone to photoshop anything. She's 5'7" in flats. Not only does Alicia have a blessing in the looks department, she carries herself well, with poise, posture and grace. Her gait is fluid, no clumsy footfalls. Or Alicia's strutting like she owns it, doesn't matter what it is.

Alicia absolutely adores the attention given to her in public, both by fans and by paparazzi. She'll happily give an autograph or take a selfie with someone, or pose for the paparazzi leaving a restaurant. Some actresses will change their hair or dress in such a way as to not be noticeable, but that is not Alicia. She is especially enamored of her younger fans, telling them that she acts, but they can do. Her clothing style changes depending on the occasion, but she almost always carriers an antique sheathed knife with her, something she calls her good luck charm. (App: 6, Fame: 4, Charisma: 4)

For the Hand-Egg Championship party, Alicia has decided to wear body paint. She's not in the colors of any team, but a referee! It pays to be neutral when one is a foreigner. There are black and white stripes painted on her torso and arms, in the correct pattern. Pasties cover her nipples and she's got black boy shorts on for bottoms with more paint going down to her mid thighs. Of course most NFL refs don't wear patent leather heels.

Karalina turns around and sees Alicia and shakes her head. "Trixie! Can you get this woman a shirt or something? And maybe a application to be a wench?" She does seem serious, looking away from the game.

Kieran looks over toward Sark, then Sammy, then starts laughing a little. "Hollywood Starlet thrown out of superbowl party for being too good looking..."

"And are you the proprietor of this establishment?" Alicia asks Sammy. "Or someone with authority to ask me to leave?"

Sark rolls a shoulder at Alicia's response and chuckles, "I suppose so." He gives Kieran's look a shrug and murmurs, "You knew she'd find a way to make a hell of an entrance." With that said, the young blond seems satisfied with draining the rest of his own Lambic and watching the developments on the screen for a bit longer.

Bob watches in silence. He whispers quietly to Sark, "Huh. This has a bad feel, you think everything is ok? I hope there's not a fight, I'm not exactly suited for it."

Sammy's tattooed brow shoots up a little bit. "Well, I didn't ask you to leave. I said you couldn't be dressed more scantily than my wenches. But yes. Boss." He points to himself with his gloved finger, and then swivels it around to point at Karalina. "Also boss." Someone says something about famous actresses and his brow arches. "Oh, you're famous? Cool. You can stay then. Let's get you a King's shirt to wear. Trixie, if you would."

And a couple of people, no doubt, are pulling out phones to start filming

Trixie looks at Alicia, then raises a finger in a hold on gesture before ducking into the back. She returns shortly with a quite small black leather halter top, about the size of her own meager covering. "Would this be OK?"

Kieran says, “If not, my jacket's in the boxes on my bike, Alicia, I can run and get it...”

Alicia chuckles. "I didn't stand still for 2 hours to get all this paint on to cover it up with a shirt or a jacket." The paint does look good. There's even folds in the shirt, with painted shadows and textures. "I tell you what, Kieran. This just isn't my place." She goes to give Kieran a kiss on her cheek and whispers something to her. "There's at least 5 more parties I am invited to. I'll try one of them." Alicia grabs her Iphone from her purse and starts to dial. "Hey, Diana, bring the Land Rover around, please." With that, she heads to the door.

Sammy nods to Trixie. "That's fine." But then Alicia says she's leaving and Sammy shrugs. "Get some wings on the way out," he calls, then turns back to his hot wings, adjusting the gloves on his hands a little. "So... We got hot, hotter, and melt your fucking face off. You still in?"

Sark wiggles his sauce-covered fingers at Alicia when she heads in long enough to smooch Kieran's cheek, and as she turns to go, calls after her, "Sorry you aren't staying but....have a good party wherever, hot stuff!"

Bob looks at his watch, checking the time. Once she leaves, he asks Sark in a quiet voice, "Who was that? She walked in like she owned the place."

Alec finishes his beer and then with a wave slips on out.

Karalina aaws, "Well, that is a choice. We just have to keep our Wenches happy, and keep to company policy. Enjoy your super bowl party and you are of course welcome back anytime."

Kieran blinks at the whisper, then facepalms a bit, "Tell you what... it's my fault, I'm the one who told you to tag along..." She gets up and moves to follow, "I'll tag along..." She gives everyone else a wave, "Gotta dance with the folks you brung, y'know?"

Sark leans over a little when Bob asks and explains, "Alicia Hunter. The actress that's on TV and been in a couple of movies? If she had stayed long enough, I'm pretty sure one of those cable channel cameras would have shown up to get her on tape. You know....big time actress flaunts it all at local pub...or something like that." When Kieran gets ready to leave, he bobs his head at her and offers, "Watch your phone? Maybe I can text you in a bit and catch up to wherever you are?"

Sammy's brow arches and he sighs and shrugs. "Yup," Sammy says to Kieran, then looks around for someone else who might want to do Death Sauce. He rifles through his wallet and pulls out a hundred dollar bill and slips it underneath the edge of the death-sauced wing to see if there are any takers. "OH, is that who that was? Huh. I thought she'd be hotter." Kieran moves to North Beach - Harbor Kieran has left.

Bob looks thoughtful. Also in a quiet voice he says to Sark, "Huh. She was very, I don't know what to call it. You know when one of the badasses in a school walks into a cafeteria, and the other badasses all go on alert. Seemed like that. As a non-badass I'm sensitive to that. Wouldn't expect it from an actress though. But I guess Hollywood can be killer."

Sammy pushes the wings off the counter, back behind the bar and tugs his gloves off. He's more annoyed than he intended to be. "I think it's more when a rabid chihuahua saunters into a room full of calm, old pit bulls. The little ankle biter starts yipping and chewing on tails and the big pitbulls are all like 'the fuck, kid. Grow up.' Just because he CAN, he pushes a bottle of beer off the bar, back behind it. There are those mats down on the floor so it doesn't break, just makes a little mess. Sammy heads back over to Karalina and scoops her up and puts her on his lap so he can quietly grump.

Sark chuckles and holds his hand up at Sammy, "I think the Korean is as hot as I am going to go this evening. Much respect to you doing the Death Sauce, though. I'm just conceding it isn't for me." He's almost worked his way through said Korean wings and only a few of the Parmesan ones left. Dude's been inhaling while the game progresses. He rolls a shoulder at Bob and offers a small smile, "I don't know many famous people but I think some of them count on causing reactions when they enter a space. I'm not sure how I would handle everyone suddenly staring at me like that, m'self. Or, well, WANT people to be doing that." Sammy's comment about pit bulls gets an odd look, but he doesn't pursue it.

Trixie moves back behind the bar quickly to clean up Sammy's mess, both wing plate and beer bottle. She vanishes for a few moments as she bends low with a rag to sop up the spilled beer.

Karalina is happy so far with the game, and forgotten it seems about the previous scene with whomever that was. She's been happy with the game so far and mentions as she is picked up, "If we just make it through to half time - the odds will be firmly against the Chiefs." She's all snuggled by Sammy and she's find with that.

Bob nods, "Yeah. This game is closer so far than I expected, now with Kansas on the board too." He polishes off another two wings. "Trixie, when you get a chance please, could I get another lambie?".

Sark finishes the last of his wings as the game gets to halftime, when he finally stops long enough to use napkins to clean his fingers off, then lean back to polish off the last of his Lambic. Since KC finally scored, he concedes to Bob, "Well, at least it will not be a blowout, either way. Close games are more enjoyable to watch." Writing reality out to disk. Please wait... Reality saved. Thank you for your patience.

"Wear gloves, Trixie. That shit will burn the fuck out of you if you get it in your eyes." He focuses on the game, but in a much more subdued way than most of the people here in the bar

Trixie reappears from behind the bar and fills up a few more glasses with cherry lambic, handing them out to Bob and Sark. She even has one for herself. "Sure thing!"

Bob gives Trixie a quick smile, and a ten. "That's for you, not the beer. I'll settle my tab before I go. You're a good waitress"

Sark laughs when Trixie offers up a refill before he asks for one, "Thank you, gorgeous!" He's conscientious enough to stack up his empty wing baskets and scooch them aside to get them out of the way before he snags that refill and lifts it to his lips. Spying Usher on the screen, he furrows his brow a little, "WHo's that?"

Bob looks at Sark, "That's Usher."

Karalina watches Usher swivel his hips up on the stage and grins to Sammy, "He's sexy. Although he's got nothing on you." She whispers something in his ear and then takes up her drink again, it's almost gone but she has another couple of sips.

Sammy grins at Karalina and he nods. "Make sure to remind me to show you my hula hoop routine later," he half-whispers to Karalina, then he chuckles. When she whispers, he shrugs and motions upward, just kind of vaguely, and whispers back

Sark huhs softly at Bob's clarification, "Guess I should pay more attention to who is on the radio lately, huh?" He smiles a little at that and takes in a deep breath, glancing at Karalina and Sammy for a moment, but allowing his attention to go back to the show on the screen instead after just a few moments.

Trixie smiles at Bob as she tucks the tenner into the waistline of her skirt. "Thanks, and any time, sir!" She spots Karalina's drink getting low and pours her out another sour, setting it next to her other glass.

Bob looks at Sammie and Karalina and then turns to Sark, after smiling at Trixie. "Please. Someone says sir I look over my shoulder for my father. Just Bob."

Bob looks at Sammie and Karalina and then turns to Sark, after smiling at Trixie. "Please. Someone says sir I look over my shoulder for my father. Just Bob." To Sark he says, "I had a lot of time on my hands after the accident and really delved into music. Couldn't do a whole lot else really." He shrugs.

Karalina kisses Sammy's cheek and nods to him while she reaches up to touch his other cheek. "I look forward to that. So long as you wear a pink leotard." Because that would be frightening. She turns back to see the tv and says, "Patrick Stewart... what?" She giggles and picks up the new glass, "Thank you, Trixie! Hey, the warehouse is ready to get setup for your brewing."

Sammy grins at Karalina and shakes his head. "WAY less than that." Then he glances back at Bob and clears his throat. "Sorry. With all the drama.... I don't think I heard you if you answered about your accident." People are up at the bar. Karalina and Sammy are cute, as always

Sark turns his attention more onto Bob at that last comment and nods slowly, looking his chair over again as if seeing it for the first time, "I could see that. So what do you do now to keep yourself busy? You said earlier something about offering improved computer projects?"

Trixie perks up and steps over closer to Karalina. "Oh? Great! I was just working on that the other night, Blair helped with a three dee printed mockup of the setup, we found a way to balance thermal flow... Nevermind that, but the mock up should help with installation a whole lot."

Bob nods, "I missed the question. Oh right, what happened. I lived in Nawlins with my parents. One night we were out. Looking back on it I think my parents were more on edge than usual. A black ford bronco with darkened windows rammed us, killed both my parents and put me in the hospital for a year. The Ford sped off, and they never caught them. I came out here to pursue my degree, and get away from Nawlins. Too many memories there.". He sighs.

Karalina listens to Bob's explanation. "I think you said you were into computers? That is what you are doing grad school for? Getting a masters I take it? That is very brave of you to come out so far, but I'd guess it is a way to start over?"

From the manager's office door emerges one Nyx. The red heels clicking across the ground fade into the noise pollution of the area. Through the crowd pollution of the establishment she weaves through the crowd until coming to the entrance to the bar, she reaches out to open the flip down door that blocks off public access then drops it down beside her. She continues behind the bar, stepping around bartenders hard at work pouring drinks until coming to a part of the bar where she ducks down out of sight then once more emerges a few moments later with a stash of uncrustables and capri suns.

Nyx loses one Willpower <---======##====================[ Dice Roll ]=====================##======---> Nyx rolls Perception + Primal Urge vs 6 for 1 successes. 1 2 4 4 5 +8 10 <-------------=============++++++++++++++++++++++++=============-------------> <OOC> Nyx was doing her routine of scent of true form and failed horribly.

Sark winces a little at Bob's recollection of events, "Well, that sucks." Yes, the master of understatement, here. He slowly nods along with the other reactions, tilting his head a bit to notice Nyx's entrance with a small lift one one eyebrow, only faintly glancing back up at the screen as the game resumes.

Bob looks at Sark. "Thanks. It's hard, but I know they want me to continue on. As for what I do, I write computer software for folks, fix computers, do websites, and do security systems. It doesn't pay much at the moment, but I've got something in the works that should bring in some decent funds."

Sammy shakes his head a little at Bob's story. "Fuck, dude. That sucks." When Nyx comes out, he spins himself and Karalina around a little bit. When Nyx ducks down, his eyes light up a little bit and he peeks at the capri sun and then back at Nyx and back at the capri sun

Sammy is classy

Bob looks at Karalina, "Yes. Computer software, hardware, security systems. I'm actually a Veterinarian. I went to school to be a vet for my parents, but re-evaluated my life in the hospital and realized I wanted to do computers for a living. Since I dual majored I just need to get a PhD. in Computer Science." He watched Nyx's entrance without comment.

Sark listens to the conversation and finally nods back at Bob, "Well, on one hand, I don't think we use computers that much, but on the other hand, I'm kinda hands off on the business, so maybe I talk to Stella and have her reach out. Do you have a card or something I could give her?"

Nyx opts to not interrupt the current conversation going on and instead is beginning to make her way back to the edge of the bar. While she heads that direction, there's a GRAPE uncrustable and a capri sun launching through the air bck to back at Sammy's direction without calling it out nor watching if he actually does manage to catch it. There's a glance to those present before she's slipping out from the bar and claiming a table that was marked previous 'RESERVED'.

Karalina smiles to Trixie, "That is excellent! Bring it with you to HQ this week and we'll get things all ordered and setup for you." Looking back to Bob, "That.. that is fucked up. But parents can be fucked up sometimes. Either wanting the best or the worst for us.. and not seeing which is which. No offense." A look to Nyx and she raises her brow a bit, and then whispers to Sammy.

Bob sighs. To Sark he says, "I don't have new cards yet. If you give me your number I can enter it into my phone and text you so you have it. I'll text you my website too. Feel free to share both with her." To Karalina he says, "No offense taken. No, you're right, they had firm ideas of what I should do."

Trixie nods at Karalina with a bright smile, then ducks off to refill party pitchers across the room for a few minutes.

Sammy snatches the capri sun out of the air just an inch before Karalina's head and the uncrustable is blocked, but it flops to the bar. And he has to SNAG Karalina to keep her from being toppled out of his lap. But he manages ALL that and it's a pretty impressive sort of thing -- only Karalina might not be impressed since she's snatched up so rudely. "Fucking hell, woman," Sammy mutters at Nyx and sets his stuff down and makes sure karalina isn't all ruffled or squeezed and he PEERS at Nyx, but with good humor, more or less.

Sark nods once at Bob and chirps, "Sure, sure..." He takes a napkin and pauses long enough to draw his phone number on it, before sliding it over to where Bob can get it, then adds, "Give me a few moments? Someone I gotta talk to." With that said, he rises from his stool and turns to head towards Nyx and the table she's claimed, humming under his breath.

Bob nods, taking the napkin, "Of course." He proceeds to enter the number in as a new contact on his phone, after watching the pass, and catch, between Nyx and Sammy. He absentmindedly takes a pull from his lambie.

There's a bit of a paranoid look made between Karalina and Sammy as the whispers are happening. A faint narrow of her eyes as she latches onto the pair then she looks like she's staring off in the distance. A smirk emerges from her as her eyes glaze over. Then there's another blink as she reaches out for her Capri sun, stabbing the straw into it. There's another glance towards the little party formed, falling on Bob for a prolonged moment as the stranger then towards Sark as she openly stares at him.

Karalina mmms, "I hope things work out for you. I'm interviewing a few people to fill a need we have at King Breweries. Specifically in app development. Hopefully will get that filled sooner than later. I do wish you luck there, all around." Her eyes move to Nyx and Sark before she is tossled a bit in Sammy's lap. "Good catch, lover."

Sark stands and leaves the Bar.

Sark moves to Small table.

Sammy snorts with amusement at something or other and shakes his head, poking his straw into his Capri sun to take a sip, then kisses Karalina's shoulder lightly. He lost focus for a second, but he zooms back in on the conversation. You paged Karalina with ‘Was that a power or gift? If it wasn't that's cool, just want to make sure he gets an awareness check for uses of things, if that's OK.’ Karalina sits down at the Bar.

Trixie comes back around to Bob's position. "How're you doing, Bob, not your father? Everything agreeing with you so far tonight?"

Sark slides into the opposite side of the table from Nyx and smiles at her, pausing before starting a softer conversation with her.

Bob smiles, though with sadness, "Thanks, I appreciate that. I'm working on something now though, and filling in the gap meantime with consulting. If I meet someone that would be a good fit I'll send them your way though."

Nyx turns her attention to Sark as he joins her at her table, leaning forward to begin a quiet conversation.

Karalina cheers! "TOUCHDOWN!!!! WE ARE BACK BAAA-BBBEEEE!!" Bouncing now in Sammy's lap, she's really excited! "What! What happened there! WOW!!" She looks dazed with the extra point batted down. Shaking her head, she looks back to Bob, "Oh hey, yes, that would be great. Going to have an app for loyalty club for the Tap House here. If it works well here, it may be able to go national."

OH dear. All that bouncing and wiggling. Sammy pays more attention and he blinks as the score changes again, laughing as he tries to focus completely on the game.

Bob looks to Karalina, "That's great! Hmm, I could write an app for you on a contractor basis if you'd like, and make it so devs you hire later can maintain it. Is that something you might be interested in?"

Nyx seems to be focused in on Sark in front of her but there's still those glimpses of what appears to be unfocus in her eyes.

Sammy's gaze snaps over to Nyx and he squints that way. He tips his head slowly to one side and murmurs something to Karalina.

Nyx glances over shoulder momentarily towards Sammy, then back to Sark and her murmur conversation.

Sark tilts his head a little as he speaks with Nyx, then lightly shakes his head at her, shifting his weight a little to lean on the table.

Karalina looks around again, before picking up her drink and taking a long sip. Replying to Bob, "We might be able to work something out. Perhaps we can talk business during the week. Go over what we are looking for. It's a strong possibility. Let's trade information and meet up. Once you heard what we need, can see if that is what you can do." A whisper from Sammy and she nods.

Bob nods to Karalina, "Sure. What's the number I should call to reach out? I'll text it so you have mine too."

Amongst the murmured conversation with Sark that Nyx is having, Nyx suddenly blurts out "A CROCODILE?!" excitedly.

Sark gives Nyx the oddest, confused look when she says 'crocodile' but keeps talking at their table.

Karalina tells Bob a phone number, "That is my work cell. I should be free during the week." Oh but then there is a kick - the ball is up! AND IT'S GOOD! "WOO!!! GO NINERS!!!"

Sammy is pretty busy watching Nyx and Sark over there, head tilted just a little bit. There's a game going, but Sammy's sucking on that capri sun and watching Nyx while holding Karalina securely in his lap

Bob nods in thanks, and enters the number in his phone, then texts the number.

Nyx glances around for a moment around the room but seems to be more invested in her conversation with Sark.

Ramon enters the tap house from the manager's office which means he doesn't have to push through the crowd to greet Sammy, Karalina and Trixie. Checking in with them all he winks over to Nyx and then makes his way over to settle in beside her, nodding to Sark as he settles in. The people within the tap house react to his presence, most giving him a wide berth.

Ramon moves to Small table.

Nyx leans over towards Ramon, planting a kiss against his cheek before turning back to her murmured conversation.

<---======##====================[ Dice Roll ]=====================##======---> Bob rolls Perception(2) + Awareness(3) (5 dice) vs 6 for 3 successes. 1 +8 +8 +9 9 <-------------=============++++++++++++++++++++++++=============------------->

Bob sips his beer, carefully not watching Ramon after noting the crowd's reaction. He does watch Sark, trying to read his body language for signs of stress.

Sammy snorts a little at.. nothing, but then turns his gaze up to the TV. "Oh, fuck. Overtime?"

Karalina seems on edge herself. She's rather invested into this game. Not noticing much else at the moment until Sammy snorts. "No kidding."

Ramon slips one tattooed arm about Nyx and then winks back over to Sammy and Karalina. Looking between Nyx and Sark he speaks softly with them, his voice even when low sounding like a rumbling growl to those nearby.

Bob nods, "The game in overtime is amazing. I don't think anyone expected that. Wow."

Nyx suddenly looks dumbfounded at Sark.

Sark smiles a little as Nyx looks up something on her phone and nods in agreement with it, tapping his nose and pointing at her, before offering a little more to both her and Ramon.

Sark mmmms softly at the table and sits back some in his chair, though a question Nyx asks gets her more of a 'wtf' glance and a furrowed brow, before he finally speaks again to the two.

Bob emits a loud "Damn." as the Chiefs win. Then quiets and watches the interplay between Sark and Nyx. He sips the last of his beer, his wings gone.

Karalina pouts a bit. "Well, it was a good game. At least Purdy can be proud of what he did. All the niners."

Bob nods at Karalina, "True. Ok, it's probably time for me to head out then. It was great meeting you and Sammy, Sark and everyone. Take care, and great party."

Bob cleans any small spills before he goes. He knows how hard it is to be a waiter or waitress. Then he gets up, gives a final nod to Karalina, and to Sark if he sees, and moves toward the door. If no objection he'll exit and go home.
