Non-Aggression Treaty with Circle of Fata Morgana
(Note: Full citizens of the Chula Vista Free State are ICly informed of this treaty. Nobody else should be aware unless ICly informed.)
We, the Anarchs of the Chula Vista Free State and the Witches of the Circle of Fata Morgana, do agree by this treaty of peace and agree to avoid attempting harm against each other's members, allies, holdings, and endeavors. We understand and recognize each other's claim of territory over the city of Chula Vista, and agree that our mutual claims are neither conflicting nor contradictory.
The members of the Chula Vista Free State agree to avoid preying upon or inflicting harm, death, or supernatural manipulation against any member of the Circle of Fata Morgana, their servants, family, or allied Willworkers. While they may defend themselves if attacked, they agree to attempt to resolve such situations peacefully, or with as little harm as is reasonably necessary inflicted if it cannot be. They also agree to avoid deliberately disrupting the plots and efforts of the Circle of Fata Morgana that do not directly impact the Chula Vista Free State and its members. They also agree to avoid causing trouble at the holdings owned by the Circle of Fata Morgana, including but not limited to The Lady of the Lake tavern, and will avoid hunting at such places unless given express permission. Any future holdings claimed by the Circle of Fata Morgana are included in this agreement.
The members of the Circle of Fata Morgana agree to avoid inflicting harm, death, or supernatural manipulation against any member of the Chula Vista Free State or their servants or allied Anarchs. While they may defend themselves if attacked, they agree to attempt to resolve such situations peacefully, or with as little harm as is reasonably necessary inflicted if it cannot be. They also agree to avoid deliberately disrupting the plots and efforts of the Chula Vista Free State that do not directly impact the Circle of Fata Morgana and its members. They also agree to avoid causing trouble at the holdings owned by the Chula Vista Free State, including but not limited to the Izulu bar and the Rainbow Rose nightclub. Any future holdings claimed by the Chula Vista Free State are included in this agreement.
We agree to reasonably keep our respective allies in compliance with this treaty while within the city of Chula Vista. We also agree to exercise as much discretion about this treaty and each other as is possible while still trying to keep said allies in compliance. If contacted by the other about our respective allies violating this treaty, we agree to take effort to correct and/or end said violation and prevent it from repeating in the future. If one of said allies forces a member of the other group to defend themselves, or acts knowingly and deliberately against this treaty, measures reasonably taken against them do not violate this treaty.
