Hailey Jade Osborne was borne on January 15, 2002 and died on June 2, 2020. Sort of. For a stretch of four or five days she wished she had. Hailey is a native of Prospect, CA where in life she was a semi-pro skater locally and a street artist with a passion for civil rights. Graffiti. She was a graffiti artist. Known for intricately detailed murals that flowed from a spray can like the classics did from a brush, she spent six months in juvie for her passion at the age of fourteen because she refused community service.
