Laughlin Elysium/Rules of Elysium

1. No weapons.
   

1. Hospitality is granted to all Kindred.
   

1. No disciplines save obfuscate for the comfort of the nosferatu and Samedi if they so choose to use it.
   

1. This is a neutral ground. No grievances between factions may be brought here. Leave it and any baiting at the door.
   

1. The Masquerade must be observed at all times when entering the main building of Die Damenhalle.
   

1. Spiritual companions are allowed within the hall.
   

1. Destruction of items within Elysium will be met with banishment from the grounds.
