Description:

An attractive young woman in her mid to late teens, quite short as she barely reaches 5'2", with a slim, waif-like figure and soft pale pink skin, lightly dotted with freckles. Though pretty, she does look a little dishevelled, patches of dirt here and there, a few scrapes and bruises. Her strawberry blond hair needs a brushing and has a few knots, though she tries her best, parting it in the center and letting it fall loosely to a few inches past her shoulders. Her heart shaped face has large, clear blue eyes, a cute nose and a small mouth with soft pink lips, and her voice has a cute and friendly tone.

The girl is currently wearing a plain, grey cotton tank top, which leaves her arms, shoulders and upper chest bare, a noticable black bra worn underneath. The top has a few small holes and tears, but nicely follows the shape of her small curves, coming to rest on the waist of the black denim jeans she wears beneath. The jeans also have a few small holes and tears in them, faded in places especially around the knees, but are a comfortable fit that gives definition to her slim figure without being too tight. A pair of scuffed grey running shoes protect her small feet, and a warm black zip-up hoodie is worn over her top.

From her slightly dirty appearance and the wear of her clothing, she seems to be homeless, but is trying her best not to appear as such.

Streetwise:

There's not a lot known about Katie, she seems to have appeared in Prospect as if out of thin air. A homeless girl seemingly with no past, a few street types know about her at least. The following information can be gathered with an appropriate Streetwise skill:

1: There are rumors Katie's involved with a group that trades information, mostly nosy streetkids. Or maybe she's just friends with some of the people who do the work.

2: One of the many street gangs of Prospect is said to have had 'conversations' with Katie. Usually they'd drug her, beat her and put her to work on the street, but for some reason they give her a little respect. It's said the leader likes her, but who knows?

3: It's a strange thing, but Katie has even managed to get her fingers into a bigger pie. A fraudster, not your simple street thug, but someone who swindles celebrities out of their savings. Someone with contacts, someone who can get you a completely new identity and nobody would be any wiser. It could just be a false rumor, it seems a bit strange that he'd be bothered with a simple homeless street kid.

4 & 5: No matter how much digging you do, there's just nothing out there. Who she is, where she came from. Nothing. Which is information in itself.
