Billy Bojangles/Hooks

* Lupus: He's naturally prone to spending a lot of time in his birth form, and can pass pretty well for a mix breed dog. He'll wander as a stray around town quite often, however he is very well behaved, well trained, and very friendly towards people.

* War Vet: He's a Vietnam vet, himself, he can relate with those that have experienced the horrors of war.

* Wolf out of Time: Despite the vet status, Billy is still very young. During his tour of duty, some Terrible Things(tm) happened, resulting in him coming home to the incorrect decade. Needless to say, he's fascinated as hell by all this sweet future stuff that he doesn't understand in the slightest. Not that he understood human things all that well to begin with, but now they're REALLY different!

* Accidentally Racist: He has been informed that the Vietnam and cold wars are over, but he's a simple fellow and sometimes forgets, barking crazily at confused asian people who have no idea what his problem is. If that's you, he'll apologize, don't worry!
