Babylon is an off-camera (meaning off-grid) Semi-Private Nightclub/Floating Rave that people can use to help flesh out their character.

What do you do at Babylon?

Babylon is whatever people need it to be.
Need a place for your character to bar-tend but can't find the owner of an IC Bar? Babylon.

Need a location for your character to get drunk at the night before? Babylon.

Want a job stripping but can't find the owner of an IC Bar (or want to pose stripping)? Babylon.

Want a stage for a rave or something similar but don't have one IC? Babylon.

Need a place to meet a contact off-camera so that you know what's going on IC? Babylon.

Need a job to explain resources 2? Babylon.

Literally anything that you need for a bg for your character, Babylon can provide.
