In Prospect the Templar position belongs to Cyn. Though not a member of The Eye, the nosferatu is the eyes,ears, and occasionally the claws of Bishop Sarekh. Cyn also leads her own pack, San Salvo. Undesirables tend to disappear in the sewers and never come back.
