Tegan is another fresh young face in the local scene. Like most newcomers to SoCal, she fancies herself an actress, which should have her slinging hash in some local dive, but she's apparently got money to burn from some outside source. More to come as her story expands.
Tegan is a tentacle monster (with all that generally implies). If that's not your bag, let me know and we can work together to come up with a scenario we can hand-wave as to why she fails to entice you back to her lair (or wheedle her way into yours). Alternatively there's always the 'Fade to Black' option - it happened but we don't roleplay it out.
