Detective Conner (npc) - "Not often that a random i.d. check comes with a discussion about the merits and flaws of organized crime and an offer for a cup of coffee. Helped out on resolving some domestic violence calls and a couple of bar fights too. Nice kid, should really move out of the area he is living in and do something with his life."
Joshua "Grandpa" La Toya, the old man on the stoop (npc) - "Reminds me of gangsters back in the day, when the police weren't around all the time. Looks out for his neighbors even if that means bending the law. When he calls me grandpa, it's as a sign of respect rather then an insult. Don't go messing with that kid though, it always means something when a person doesn't flinch at gunfire."
